Luxury in the Lower East Side

Apartment - Private room · Ludlow Street, New York, NY 10002, United States

Located in Manhattan's most exciting and historic neighborhood, we have a quiet and very comfortable bedroom available for you in our beautiful, bright, and spacious full-floor apartment.

The Space

We have a beautiful two bedroom apartment with a private patio in the heart of the historic Lower East Side.

The apartment itself is exceptionally large and the available bedroom is fully furnished with a very comfortable full-size bed that has a high end mattress topper/memory foam on it for extra comfort. There is also a desk, nightstand, and bookshelf in the room, and it has a large window facing west on Ludlow Street, giving the room a consistently warm glow.

The home was recently renovated with hardwood floors, crisp walls, brand new appliances, and all of the amenities you could think of. The bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom are all comfortably furnished and fitted.
The apartment itself is impeccably clean and fresh linens are provided for those who stay with us. We are a couple, in our mid 20s and early 30s, both working professionals. We love good food, great company and are seasoned Airbnb hosts.

Our home welcomes open-minded travelers and guests from around the world. We have been living in the area for over 6 years and would be happy to give you great advice on where to eat, drink, dance, go to shows, the theater, find flea and farmers markets, or anything else in and around the area.

We are located just 2 blocks from 5 subway lines (F, J, M, Z, B, D), two of which are express (B,D), bordered by Chinatown, Soho, Nolita, East Village and Noho; close to independent Sunshine movie theaters, the New Museum; two blocks from the Tenement Museum, and just steps from the Williamsburg and Manhattan Bridges, East River Park, Alphabet City, and countless other NYC charms. The neighborhood is unbeatable and our apartment has more space than you will find at this price point in this part of Manhattan.

The apartment occupies the entire third floor of a 4 story building, with massive windows on both ends of the apartment, facing east and west for morning and afternoon light.
The kitchen area has 3 windows with private roof access as well - amazing! - and our lovely patio has a new hammock, adirondack chairs, tomato plants, gardenias, evergreens and a BBQ grill.

Photos of this outdoor space will be uploaded soon, once the official Airbnb photographer visits our apartment and uploads his/her images.

There is nothing about this place that you will not love!

Please note that while the apartment itself is accurately depicted in the photos, the arrangement of the furniture and some of the decorative and personal items may change from time to time, and always for the better!

We are a smoke and shoe-free space.

Thank you for looking!

  • We enjoyed our stay in this clean and comfortable apartment. In particular, the location provides backyard access to an ample selection of LES galleries, charming restaurants and is near several subway stops. Vanessa and Emily were thoughtful and fun hosts - we hope to see them again.

  • Vanessa and Emily's apartment was true to its description on the website and we had a very cosy stay there. The bed and linen were very comfortable. The neighborhood is fantastic, with dozens of great places to eat and drink nearby. It gets quite lively at night but is very quiet during the day. Vanessa and Emily were friendly and very helpful hosts.

  • We really enjoyed staying in Vanessa and Emily's apartment. Very close to the Delancey/Essex st subway and a young vibrant neighbourhood!
Reasonabley priced coffee and brekkie at Tinys on the cnr and half priced cocktails at Schillers downstairs during happy hour. Loved the meatball shop for a fun dinner. Beauty and Essex was a fantastic upmarket dining experience as well.
The 5th flr walkup apartment wasnt easy on the legs but surprisingly quiet and peaceful and a nice place to rest after the frenetic pace of the city.
Comfy bed and a very small but clean bathroom had a great hot shower.
Staying there made us feel like real locals, Thankyou Vanessa.
