*** For bargain hunters, a grand bazaar (called "tiangge") is a 10-minute drive away and located inside the Greenhills Ortigas shopping complex. Fully air-conditioned, both local residents and tourists enjoy shopping for export-quality items and techie devices.
Terminals for car rental, metered taxi and public bus/jeepney are available.

For long stays, guests are advised to make separate but CONTINUOUS bookings for each 27-night period.

Upon entry, give Host a Misc. REFUNDABLE Deposit of Php 2,000 (for a short stay) or Php 8,000 (for 1-2 months stay).
OCCUPANCY PROCEDURES (Flexible check in/out 7am-9pm):
----- Proceed to the lobby of Tower 1 and meet the Unit Owner.
----- Show a valid ID and give Refundable DEPOSIT for miscellaneous charges.
----- Sign the move-in Tenant’s information sheets.
----- Receive the condo unit key and the elevator access card.
----- On date of final departure (at the condo unit), please meet with the Unit Owner.
----- Return the key and access card (if lost, chargeable at US$ 115 to replace the key, the card, and the lock).
----- Sign the move-out Tenant’s information sheets.
----- Additional charges will be settled. Balance of Misc. Deposit will be REFUNDED.
Guests and Tenants are required to register at the Reception.
No LAUNDRY hanging in the balcony area please.
Tenants are advised to go to a professional massage service at the East Wing of Shangri-La mall:
----- Massage oil leaves permanent stains.
----- Untrained massage manipulations may result in hairline bone injuries.
FREE electricity up to a maximum of 20 kWh per night.
----- Average consumption = between 12 to 17 kWh per night, based on previous tenants.
----- To conserve energy, we recommend turning off the 2 aircons when you step out of the condo unit.
----- To encourage energy conservation, there will be a minimal charge of US$ 0.40 per kWh (forty cents) for consumption in excess of 20 kWh per night.
------ Note that hotels give the client a room keycard-switch that opens the room door and turns on electricity. The keycard-switch contributes to energy conservation by turning off electricity when a client exits the hotel room.
Guests are advised to make separate but CONTINUOUS bookings for each 27-night period.
Reason: credit cards have maximum credit limits with monthly billing cut-offs. They are able to process small charges rather than one big charge.
For example, arrive January 15 and depart March 15 for a total of 59 nights.
Guests will first book for January 15 to February 11 (a total of 27 nights), then another booking for February 11 to March 10 (a total of 27 nights), and finally, another booking for March 10-15 (a total of 5 nights).

This is my second time to be hosted by Fe. This time, with my husband. He needed very reliable wifi to connect to his office and that is what he got!
Like last time, the building security was good, the staff were very helpful and pleasant and the facilities were clean and well maintained.

Fe was really welcoming and responsive, giving me all the details I needed to know about the surroundings. She made sure I felt confortable at the condo place.
The place is, quiet and very clean. It is a lovely place with a great view with the balcony. I enjoyed the neighborhood and being able to walk around the area and that it is connected to the Shang ri la mall.

This is my second stay, which I enjoyed like the first.
Fe, Paulette's sister, takes every care for your stay to be well taken care of, giving tips about shops and amenities. The condo is always perfectly clean with lots of towels, dish clothes and so on. I enjoy a perfect stay, not going much out because the outside is quite crowded with traffic jams around, but everything is available on site.
I'll be happy to return.
This is my fourth stay I think at Fe and Luz' place. As usual I enjoyed my stay and everything was smooth from check-in to check out. They were very accomodating as I checked in at a late hour and when it was time to leave, I was able to arrange for a very early morning check out to catch my flight. Definitely a place I will keep coming back to. Highly recommmended
Excellent location, lovely views, unit furnished to a very high standard, impressive amenities. The host, Fe, was genuinely helpful and responsive. I don't doubt that this unit is very much in demand, and hope to be able to book it on a return trip in future.
Fe was THE perfect host! She made sure I had something to munch coming in on a late flight. Homey touch. Gave a tour of amenities and access to mall and hotel next morning. She was very nice from the onset, I invited her for breakfast. She treated me in return for dessert. Sounds like we've been friends, but it was our first meeting!
The condo was very clean overall and had lots of storage. The location is such a plus! Centrally located. Near both my parents and in laws!
The building staff were all pleasant and helpful. Felt very secure. Room had nice sunset view.
It is not crazy busy with crowds in the immediate area which is a plus! Can't go wrong with its affiliation to the Shangrila Hotel management.
I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended.
