L'appartement est très bien situé, en plein coeur du Vieux Nice et proche du cntre ville commerçant. Marie Claude est très sympathique.
Marie is very nice, enthusiastic, very lovely house in a great atmosphere in the Old City, the surrounding restaurants supermarkets Bar, very close from the sea, very thank you Marie.瑪莉人很好，很熱心，房子很可愛在舊城裡很有氣氛，房子附近有餐廳，酒吧，超市很方便，離海邊非常近。
It was a pleasure to be Marie's house guest. From the moment I first met her I felt that we were friends. I was very comfortable staying with her in her home.
Her apartment was cozy and well located. There are many restaurants and cafes. Also the beach is near. She is very helpful and kind.
The apartment is ideally located for the old town and the beach is very nearby.
The flat was smaller than anticipated and the place has changed a bit than in the pictures showed but our bed was very comfortable and the eclectic interior made it very homely.
Marie-Claude is a very friendly host.
The apartment itself is a good size and the guest room I occupied for two nights was large, bright and had plenty of storage. The bed was a double or larger, comfortable with clean good quality sheets. The hostess, Marie Claude is extremely knowledgeable and informative about the area and neighboring towns. She has lots of brochures and schedules on hand and is also familiar with the cuisine of probably every old town restaurant. I found her company pleasant and meeting her certainly contributed to making my first Airb&b experience a success. I suspect however, if you are not in need of her company, she would sense this and oblige by leaving you alone. The location is perfect, in old town, a short walk to the Promenade and beach, near all the day trip buses and trams and ten to fifteen minutes walk to the pedestrian shopping/eating area. Note: If you are disabled or have any Lind of walking impediment, this is not the place for you as there are about eighty steps from the lower landing to the floor the apartment is on.
I would readily recommend this property and hostess and would consider staying there again.
Marie-Claude is a great host and was very helpful. Upon arrival I got a bit lost and she walked to meet me and guide me to her apartment.
The location of her place was absolutely perfect. However, the apartment was a bit smaller than I anticipated and the furnishing and arrangements have changed a bit from the photos that were posted. I adored the eclectic decor which adds charm to the space. Being that she is in Old City; it is lively during the evening. I would suggest purchasing ear plugs if you happen to be a light sleeper.
Overall is was a great stay.
I had a lovely stay in Nice! Marie Claude is lovely, and more than happy to help you find your way around town, also speaks great English which is always a bonus
I had a lovely stay in Marie Claude's studio. The location could not have been better, right in the centre of Vieille Ville close to various shops, restaurants, and the beach. The room was small but made cozy and comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. The wifi was also strong.
Marie's place is a gorgeous little apartment in a lovely old street in Nice. The room has everything you need and the bed is comfortable. Marie was nice to chat to and was always happy to see you. For me this location was great, but it does take some time walking or a the tram or bus to get to other sights in Nice, yet this is how the city is layed out. The beach however is easy to walk to as are the markets! And wandering around the streets in this area was one of the best things to do,.
