There is also a residents only garden, attractively landscaped with a central "canal" water feature.
There is a supermarket within the apartment complex which is great for every day needs and within easy walking distance (less than 5 minutes) is the Surrey Quays Shopping Centre with a late night Supermarket and many other shops. Behind the shopping centre there is a leisure park with restaurants, a bowling alley and a cinema!
Breakfast items (milk, cereals, juice, jams, bread rolls) are all provided for short term stays but if there is anything else that you would like for breakfast, please do let us know and we will do our best to make sure it is waiting for you.
The owner lives and works very close so will be able to help and advise throughout the duration of your stay.
Please note there is no parking available at the premises but on-street parking is available about 5 minutes walk away at guests own risk! Canada Water station has access to many bus routes, the Jubilee Line and the London Overground.

Davids flat was perfect for our stay! It is new, fresh and comes with everything. He left for us some breakfast supplies in the fridge, a bottle of wine as welcome and the bowl of choccies was a lovely thought.
David was the perfect host and I look forward to staying again!
David's appartement is just perfect. Clean, great location and just like the pictures. Would recommend it anytime and stay there again if possible.
The flat is very well located, close to transportation links with the Jubilee Line, Overground and Bus station easily accessible. There are also night buses leaving from Waterloo and London Bridge that can get you back to the flat if you miss the last train. :)
There is a Sainsbury's store within a stone's throw and Surrey Quays Shopping Centre about 5-10 minutes walking distance which will provide you with many other basic necessities.
I found the flat nicely furnished and David provided an ample supply of staples in the fridge and cupboards to get you by and even some lovely wine as a welcome treat. The most handy appliance I found was the washing machine.
I didn't get the opportunity to use the private garden because of the poor weather (winter), but I thoroughly enjoyed the magnificient views of the city skyline from the balcony, especially at night time. The lights on the London Eye and Tower Bridge made the view even more magical.
The Concierge and the David were very helpful with any enquiries that I had. David also provided me with fresh linen through the middle of my stay and helped me with my luggage when I checked out of the apartment. The concierge helped me with the number of a local minicab service to take me to the airport.
All in all, I enjoyed my stay at David's flat (staying a total of 20 days) and would highly recommend it to anyone.
We stayed at David's apartment for 7 days at the beginning of February, 2014. We had a wonderful stay and found the apartment to be a great base to explore London from. The place is very well equipped and the location is perfect in terms of accessing public transport (both bus and rail). We easily got to and from Leister Square to see a number of shows during the week that we stayed. The gym that you have access to is very impressive for an apartment gym putting some regular gyms to shame. We used the gym daily and noted their was a heated pool just down the road. Shopping for groceries etc was also very easy as other people have already mentioned. Overall, we would certainly stay here again should we ever return to London and need accommodation. David was a great host and we can agree with all the other comments left by others re his prompt replies, manner and willingness to help. We had a great time and have left with fond memories of our time in London and indeed staying at the apartment for the week.
We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the apartment, a perfect location, we felt very secure in a lovely quiet area. The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. The host David is a very nice person, easy to talk too, he has your interest at heart. Thank you David for a wonderful stay. We will certainly see you again.

Très bel appartement, idéalement situé avec une ligne de métro à deux pas desservant le centre-ville. L'appartement est très moderne, très bien équipé et avec une vue sur Londres splendide.

I had some family staying in London so needed some overflow room from my apartment. David was a great host and his flat was perfect for our needs.
Verten var utrolig hyggelig. Før oppholdet fikk vi all informasjon vi trengte og avtalte når vi skulle sjekke inn. Han møtte oss på t-banestasjonen, fulgte oss opp og viste oss leiligheten. Under oppholdet fikk vi beskjed om at vi bare skulle ta kontakt om det var noe. Når vi sjekke ut ventet han på oss når en brannalarm på t-banen gjorde oss en hel time forsinket, og var svært behjelpelig med å sørge for at vi likevel rakk flyet.
Leiligheten var ren, moderne og hadde en helt fantastisk utsikt. Perfekt for to personer som skal ha et kort eller mellomlangt opphold i London. Leiligheten har utstyrt kjøkken, vaskemaskin og badekar/dusj. Den ligger bokstavelig talt 30 sekunder unna t-banestasjonen som tar deg rett til sentrum på 5-6 stopp. Helt perfekt for de som skal på konsert på The O2, som ligger kun to stopp unna andre veien. Eneste minuset må være at det var 10 minutter å gå til nærmeste butikk, den var til gjengjeld åpen hele døgnet og en del av et kjøpesenter med masse forskjellige butikker.
Tusen takk for et flott opphold, sannsynligheten er stor for at vi finner veien tilbake til denne flotte leiligheten.

We came up with the idea to go to London on weekend rather spontaneously but managed our accommodation within couple of days, thanks to airbnb excellent service!
We made up our wish list of around 10 apartments on this site before making our final decision. Due to numerous positive comments and promising pics we've chosen David's flat and didn't regret !
Undoubtedly, it was the best option for us that lived up to all our expectations: quite and decent area, 30 sec walking distance to the tube 'Canada water' with easy access to main sights, the flat's situated in a modern building with conciergery service 24/7. Not to mention the host who obviously does his best to welcome guests. All these small but cute touches as guide brochures or a vase with sweets say a lot about David's hospitality and his attitude.
The flat itself is new, comfy, well-equipped and decorated with fast wi-fi and hot water, even if not too spacious but for a couple it was just what the doctor ordered.)
In sum, it was one of our best weekends ever, we were both totally enchanted by London and happy about the place we lived in. For my better half it was the first time in the capital but for sure not the last one!)

Loved this flat! This flat is just a tube stop away from the central area. The area is up and coming with a few places to eat and shop. We were only in London for a few days but if we were there longer or if we were going back we would book it again. The host was easy to contact and easy to work with. I would recommend staying here over a hotel any day.
