This flat has been listed on Airbnb for over two years now and has consistently had rave reviews. It's in a modern, bright complex with amazing views of London from the balcony. It's also practically on top of a major underground station!
The apartment is elegantly furnished throughout and includes: 37" LED Smart TV, 50Mbps Internet Access, Hairdryer, Mobile Phone Chargers (iPhone and Micro USB), Fully Equipped Kitchen with dishwasher, Iron and Ironing board and Washer Dryer. There is also a residents only garden, attractively landscaped with a central "canal" water feature.
There is a supermarket within the apartment complex which is great for every day needs. Also, within easy walking distance (less than 5 minutes) is the Surrey Quays Shopping Centre with a late night Supermarket and many other shops. Behind the shopping centre there is a leisure park with restaurants, a bowling alley and a cinema!
Breakfast items (milk, cereals, juice, jams, bread rolls) are all provided for short term stays but if there is anything else that you would like for breakfast, please do let us know and we will do our best to make sure it is waiting for you.
This listing is for the entire flat. There are no shared amenities... it's all yours for your entire stay!
You will also have access to the residents Gym on the ground floor.
Interaction with Guests
The owner lives and works very close so will be able to help and advise throughout the duration of your stay. Other than that we won't interfere... we want you to relax and enjoy!

The flat is situated almost on top of Canada Water Underground Station. From there you can hop on a number of buses that will take you towards Greenwich or central London. More importantly, you have access from Canada Water to the Jubilee Line (extended in 2000 for the Millennium Celebration at Greenwich) and the newly refurbished London Overground line. All our guests comment on what fantastic transport links there are from this property.

Please note there is no parking available at the premises but on-street parking is available about 5-10 minutes walk away at guests own risk!
CHECK IN: from 1500 hrs (3 pm) to 2300 hrs (11 pm)
We regret that we cannot check guests in after 11 pm so please, if you are flying in to the UK, allow plenty of time to travel from the airport to the flat.
Please inform us in advance what time you expect to arrive and let us know if you are running late or early because we will be waiting at the flat to show you around and give you the keys. If you do not keep us up to date with your plans there may be a delay in getting to you when you arrive.
CHECK OUT: is strictly before 11am without prior agreement.
We will attempt to help out with a later check out if we can, but if we have another guest arriving the same day this will not be possible.
We expect our guests to treat our flat, our building and our neighbours with courtesy and respect at all times.
David was out of town and had asked Daniel to assist during my stay. He was amazing, attending to my every request when asked. It was a great stay. Apartment was very clean. Everything is as per described. The view from the balcony is fantastic!
The apartment is located near a bus interchange and metro station. There is a lift in the metro station which makes my luggage moving easy. It is a quiet suburban residential estate with a small cafe and supermarket just downstairs. A shopping centre is near the apartment too.
Overall the apartment is very clean, of good quality finishes and furniture. My contact Daniel is just awesome and friendly. Making my stay very comfortable!
We spent 9 days at David's apartment in July. It was a pleasure to meet David and we definitely enjoyed our stay.
The apartment is well-equipped and nicely-presented. It is quite compact but had everything we needed, It feels very secure and it is so handy to public transport (tube and bus) and to supermarkets. The friendly, helpful concierge was a bonus!
We found there was a bit of 'neighbourhood' noise in the evenings and weekends.
The view from the deck, looking towards the city, was a real highlight. It is fabulous- day and night.
David was the perfect host. He was punctual when greeting us and again when he came to collect the key. We appreciated the croissants he left for our breakfast and the other goodies provided. We found him to be a very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable host.
My parents stayed at David's flat for 8 days and their experience was just perfect!

The location is great, right in front of Canada Water St, the flat was very modern and immaculate clean, perfect for 2 people. The best thing is the view from the balcony, we loved it!

David a tout fait pour qu'on se sente bien, petits croissants pour le petit déjeuner et d'autres petites attentions très sympathique. Le logement était parfait, très propre et une petite terrasse avec une vue superbe sur la City. Le quartier était très agréable avec la station de métro Canada waters juste à côté. Plusieurs commerces, supérette,... vraiment, nous recommandons ce logement très agréable. Merci encore pour ta gentillesse.
David's flat is lovely, my parents stayed there for a long weekend and it was perfect. It is well located, just 10 seconds from Canada water tube station. The flat is new, super clean and the view from the balcony is amazing. We definetly book it again for their next trip to London.
David was there to meet me when I arrived from Heathrow quite late in the evening. He was very helpful and very friendly in showing me the flat and where everything was. He had very thoughtfully brought in some food and drink to tide me over until I could get to the shops to stock up with groceries.
The flat itself is as it is described; it's quite small but very well appointed and very well looked after in a recently built block - and I also found the bed to be very comfortable! The flat was absolutely perfect for my month's stay in London and to top it off the view from the balcony of the city and of Tower Bridge and the London Eye is superb. The balcony is the perfect place from which to watch the sunset over St Paul's.
There is a Sainsbury's about fifty metres or so from the entrance to the building (staffed by a team of very helpful concierges) and there is a large shopping centre only about ten minutes' walk away.
Canada Water tube station, on the Jubilee line, is virtually on the doorstep as well as a bus station. Although very easy to get in to the West End, say, the location is well away from the hustle and bustle normally associated with London and is only a short walk to the Thames Walk which is a wonderful place to have a quiet stroll on a Sunday afternoon.
I would most definitely like to stay here again the next time I visit London.
