Amazing location in a hip area of town, the cottage is tucked away off the street with a lush private courtyard making for a quiet and cozy stay when we needed a break from the bustling city. The apartment had everything we needed, though might be a bit too cozy if we decided to…

We loved walking everywhere in the beautiful city of Paris and then returning home to our lovely space in paradise: A quiet courtyard full of green and the most wonderful bird songs...The living space truly is little, but worked fine for the 2 of us. Segire was a wonderful host…

The loft is cozy and a joy to stay in. Everything was clean, in good shape. It was the perfect place for my wife and me to launch from to see Paris. The area immediately near the loft is fun to explore and has quick access to the trains. Many sites are walkable. We had breakfast …

What we loved about the cottage was that it is REALLY quiet and it feels very safe and protected. We loved the neighborhood and that there are many vegetarian, vegan restaurants within walking distance. We could sleep with the window open and feel entirely safe. The sheets and be…

Response from Segire:
Dear Shuli, I am so sorry you had so much stress! I was not aware of it. You reserved 2 weeks prior your stay. We immediately exchanged few emails to organize your check-in. As requested, you gave me your arrivals details and flight number, so you could come directly at the house as soon as you arrive in Paris. We have the same process with all our guests for check-in (or drop off your luggages if you arrive earlier than regular check-in time). Then you contacted me 2 weeks later, `the day prior your arrival, confirming you had the address of the house but wanted to know the process to get the keys. You asked me to answer by text message, which I did the very same day (but there is a 8 to 9 hours time zone between France and California, US). I just reconfirmed our address and that there were no special process to get the keys. You just had to come at the house and ring at the bell. Someone was there to wait for you. I just added the mobile phone number of my housekeeper (you had already the phone number of the house where she was waiting for you), in case you had trouble during your stay and need immediate assistance (as indeed I was myself abroad that week). You reached the house with no trouble. I was not aware the toilet seat was broken during your stay. It has been replaced since then. But we would have gladly fixed it during your stay if we had knew about it. In the futur, do not hesitate to contact your host during your stay. Most of the issue can be fix easily and immediately. But when you contact poeple in a different time zone (like from California to Europe), you might received the answer only the next day. Kind regards, Segire
