This is one of the few places in the area with a pool.

Every booking includes free protection from Host cancellations, listing inaccuracies, and other issues like trouble checking in.

The nearest train station is Orpington. A unique and beautiful camping pod ideal for a quiet relaxing time in an artist’s Far Eastern themed garden, a jacuzzi, suitable for 2 or 3 people to use (this can be used until 8pm) a spherical 12 ft swimming pool (please note there is no lifeguard), a small pond and water feature with decorated with a unique mural. No late parties, or loud music please. Bathing/swimsuits are a requirement in the jacuzzi and swimming pool.

The space
A unique and beautiful camping pod with a en-suite toilet and shower, double bed, double sofa bed (allowing a sleeping capacity of up-to 3 people), small open planned kitchen with washing machine.

Outside there is a Far Eastern themed garden with a dry white stone pond and wooden bridge, a small jacuzzi, suitable for 2 or 3 people to use, (this can be used until 8pm, then will need to be turned off) , a small pond and water feature with both koi carp and goldfish beautifully decorated with a unique mural. A 12’ inch outside swimming pool open from April to October.

Self check in is allowed you to enjoy all our facilities in our private garden, zero contact with other people (unless there is an emergency).

Access to the property is private and for the use of guests. Access to the estate will require phone contact with the landlord due to the estate being secure. The landlord can be called 24/7 and will then open the main access gate for you and your vehicle.

There is a pedestrian access gate that requires a electronic key. This can be loaned out to guests for a refundable security deposit of £35 (note: if the key is lost or damaged this is non refundable)
