"La Marmotte" apartment:
Beautiful 2 bedroom 1st floor apartment (single-story access from the parking lot) completely renovated in 2021.

37 m² surface area + 8 m² terrace, 5-minute walk to the center of Cauterets.

A master bedroom with window and door (no alcoves) equipped with a 140 x 190 bed and a children's cabin bedroom with window and 90 x 190 bunk beds. New bedding (spring mattresses, slatted bed bases, duvets and pillows). Closet wardrobe in the children's room. Children's games and books available. PVC windows with shutters in both bedrooms.

- Bathroom with thermostatic shower, vanity, mirror with demister and integrated Bluetooth speaker, washing machine, hair dryer and towel drying radiator.

- Covered 8 m² south-facing terrace with views of the village, mountains, a wood and a waterfall (Gave de Cambasque). The terrace is equipped with a table and 4 chairs (ideal for eating outside) as well as two deck chairs for napping.

The apartment has the latest generation electric radiators (soft inertia heat). In winter, the radiators are heated before your arrival to ensure a pleasant temperature at the time of key handover.

Other amenities: Ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner, cleaning kit, private parking space and private ski locker. For children: inflatable baby bath, changing mat, booster seat and baby cot are present in the apartment.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this NON-SMOKING property.

Your arrival can be autonomous from 4:00 p.m. thanks to a secure key box, but we also sometimes welcome you because we live in Lourdes (30 minutes from Cauterets). The apartment will be clean and disinfected. We also provide free single-use pillow protectors and mattress protectors.

For your convenience, a cleaning fee is added systematically. On your departure, we ask you to do the dishes and empty the dishwasher, clean the refrigerator and ovens as well as empty the garbage cans.
