The Peabody House was built in 1883 and is part of the Downtown Historic District. The adorable cottage used to be the old cook house commonly used during that time. Close to everything, it's easy to plan your visit. We provide FREE off street parking close to downtown. Walk to shopping, food, events. Park your car and enjoy your carefree stay. 1 king bed, jacuzzi tub for 2, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, living area, wet bar, smartTV(Roku), wifi, deck. *Please read other details section*

The space
This historic Victorian is beautiful and unique in it's architecture. My favorite thing is that it's the best mix of nature and city. Once you are home you feel like you are in a quiet get away but step down to the street and all the entertainment is at your fingertips. The property has lots of beautiful mountainside rocks. Watch chipmunks play next to your private cottage deck. Deer often walk through to get a sip from the water fountain. The unique porches/patios allow for various seating or viewing of different parts of the property.
Enjoy a comfy living area downstairs with couch, chair, ottomon and cozy locally crafted blankets.
A TV with Roku is provided for your personal subscriptions such as Netlix, Hulu, etc.
A small dining area with table, chairs, coffee maker (Keurig). A small kitchen sink area.
Upstairs a cozy King bed with ensuite bathroom complete with double jacuzzi tub/ shower combo.
Outside the bedroom is your own private deck nestled into the mountainside. A guest favorite.

Where you’ll be

Eureka Springs, Arkansas, United States

Some locals call our little town an urban forest. From our location you get a mix of access and sound to downtown bustle but The Peabody is nestled into the mountainside. From our porches and decks it feels like you've come home to the woods. We often see deer, birds, foxes, and owls. The streets are narrow and quirky all over Eureka Springs but that is part of the charm of this quirky little town.
