Escape to our six-acre, solar-powered goat farm — a peaceful mountain retreat that feels far from the noise, yet close to outdoor adventure.

🐐 A Stay Unlike Anywhere Else

Wake to gentle farm sounds. Enjoy freshly laid eggs for breakfast. Spend your afternoon exploring waterfalls, hiking trails, and mountain towns.

Our friendly goats will happily entertain you throughout your stay — curious, social, and always ready for attention.

The space
Our property is a tucked away little hideaway yet close to many cute shopping towns, hiking, waterfalls, horseback riding and wineries! The tiny house has one bedroom, one bath with a shower, a living room/office space, and a kitchen. There is a full washer/dryer and a dish washer, stove, and toaster oven. We offer farm-fresh eggs, butter, coffee, creamer, and bread for toast upon arrival. If you need more eggs than provided we offer them at the store.

The goats and chickens will be part of your view and they can be very entertaining. If you would like to spend time with the goats we ask that you let us know before you get here so we can go over some things you may want to know. Once you have a quick training, you will have access to play with them on your own.

In the evening you can enjoy a big bonfire or soak in the hot tub. Let us know if you would like a movie night by the Bonfire, weather permitting we can accommodate. We also have 4 tent spaces and 2 RV spaces that may be rented so you may be sharing the bonfire with others, if you would prefer your own fire ring just ask. You do have your own propane grill on the porch and there is also a charcoal grill near the fire pit.
We allow small dogs that are 20 lb or under . We have a dog named Lily who is very friendly and loves to play with other dogs. We may ask you and other guests campers to leash the dogs if there are too many to control .




The hot tub is available only to our Airbnb guests. It is open until 10 pm. We have a small farm store with goat and camping theme t-shirts, jewelry, homemade goat milk soap and lotions , snacks, and beverages. Please let us know if there is something you would like to make sure we have before you arrive. The closest grocery store is about 20-30 minutes away.

Our store is part of our home. The hours for the office/ store vary . Typically we open Fri, Sat and Sunday 8-11 am and again from 6- 8 pm. However , you can text or call me to open it up for you anytime before 8 pm . After hours we ask for our privacy but if an emergency arises please text me or knock on on the door.

Other things to note
The home fits 2 people very comfortably. We do offer a love seat in the living room that pulls out into a full-size bed that could accommodate one more person . The living room space has its own TV and is between the kitchen and bathroom.
We just added on a screen porch which will be great in the spring and summer when it can get a little buggier. It is a great little spot for morning coffee and watching the chickens and goats.

We are 20 minutes to GA and Tennessee. The neighborhood is in the mountains and driving around here is beautiful. You will see deer, mountains, rivers, and lakes throughout your travels. There are many little cute towns onboard the tristate area to visit. Many waterfalls, hiking, tubing, and lakes to enjoy here. The neighborhood is full of farms and unrestricted land.

My husband and I have a 6 acre wooded property with a goat farm in the Appalachian Mountains. We are on a mission to become self sustainable. We have 18 chickens and 7 goats in our herd so far. We offer a charming tiny house to guests and live in the main house on the same property. We have a country store on the front of our home where we sell snacks, beverages , jams , marinades , eggs and produce from our garden. We also have local vendor candles, soaps , farm art and t- shirts and jewelry. The land here is breathtaking and we are about 20 min from GA and Tennessee. We have a slice of paradise here and there is so much to do in the surrounding areas.
