You will find a "guest manual" binder in the kitchen which will provide you with information about the house and area.
Please do not bring food into the living room or upstairs.
If you use the sleep sofa, please leave the sheets in front of the basement door and fold the couch back. Fold back the comforter on each bed you use so I will know which beds need the sheets changed. Also, leave all towels/facecloths used in front of basement door. The easier it is for me to clean and prep for the next guest, the less likely I will need to institute a cleaning fee. Thanks for your help!
Enjoy your stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful house! Not only is the listing accurate, but the owner went above and beyond to make the house feel like home. Little things like orange juice and bagels in the fridge and shampoo in the bathroom made such a big impression! The house is peaceful and quiet yet conveniently located near many local attractions. We hope to visit again!
We arrived just a few minutes before check-in and were graciously greeted by Rosemary. After a brief visit she left us to enjoy her house. Beautiful quiet location just a short hop to main street North Conway. Very quiet and peaceful with beautiful fireplace and comfortable living room. Kitchen was well furnished with many extras. Upstairs beds very comfortable. Special thanks for the banana's! Everything you could want in what we consider a perfect location to explore the beautiful white mountains. Enjoyed several local restaurants that provided excellent gluten free meals. Perfect relaxing location to end to our vacation.
This house was fantastic! Its location is excellent and there were so many small touches that made us feel welcome, like the kitchen stocked with bagels, orange juice, bananas and cheese. The decor is charming and the house was very clean. There's laundry in the basement which was very convenient for us. Key pick up and drop off couldn't have been simpler. The only drawback to staying here is once you arrive, you will want to extend your stay, but it will no doubt it will be booked up! :)
Rosemary's home was perfect for our trip! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, and there was even some extra goodies like bagels and juice that were very appreciated! Beds were very comfy and the house was very cozy. We loved sitting on the deck in the evening and watching the thunderstorms that blew through during our stay! Would definitely recommend and stay again.
We had a great time here, perfect for our vacation with our baby. The house is welcoming, clean and well equipped. Location is ideal - hardly neighbors around and yet close to everything
This house was just as described - super cute and cozy! Upon arrival, we found a detailed binder and there were plenty of brochures on the table for local trips and restaurants, which is helpful if you are not familiar with the area. It was very relaxing to sit on the beautiful wrap-around porch and enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the birds. This home had everything we needed for a quick weekend get-away and the location is great for families wanting to visit Story Land and Santa's Village! Thanks again for the great stay!
What a great house! It's very comfortable, beautifully decorated with a fully stocked kitchen and a spectacular location. To get a full house complete with a beautiful large front porch and nestled in the woods for such a reasonable price is amazing. We came to hike Mt Washington and enjoy other activities in the area. Pinkham Notch is only a 15-20 minute drive, Echo Lake and Cathedral Ledge are 5 minutes away, tubing and kayaking on the Saco and the quaint town of North Conway are minutes from Rosemary's house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rosemary's and we highly recommend it. We hope to return next summer!
