Please do not bring food into the living room or upstairs.
If you use the sleep sofa, please leave the sheets in front of the basement door and fold the couch back. Fold back the comforter on each bed you use so I will know which beds need the sheets changed. Also, leave all towels/facecloths used in front of basement door. The easier it is for me to clean and prep for the next guest, the less likely I will need to institute a cleaning fee. Thanks for your help!
Enjoy your stay!

You can't beat renting a whole house for this price and in this area. Rosemary's place met all of our expectations. Two minute drive to the main North Conway area, but still felt like we were in the middle of the White Mountains. Loved driving by Mt Cranmore each day. You can't beat the location of this spot. Short drive up Rt 16 to Crawford Notch easier 1-2 hr quick hiking trails was matched only by the several memorable restaurants we stopped at after our hikes. Must visit White Cider Company for an unforgettable meal. Very cozy throughout Rosemary's home. Super comfy bed and everything you can ask for in the kitchen. Would come back again in the summer and in the winter without question.
Rosemary's cabin is very cozy, in a peaceful & secluded neighborhood. Kitchen was fully stocked, and everything was neat and clean.
North Conway is a cute little town with plenty of shopping, hiking, and tubing less than 10 minutes away.
Would definitely come again!
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Rosemary's home. The home was very clean, convenient and well-stocked. Rosemary left bagels, bananas and coffee to greet us. I would highly recommend Rosemary's home if you are looking for a base close to North Conway. It was very convenient, yet at the same time off the beaten path. Check in was a breeze. If we find ourselves in the area again, we would not hesitate to seek out this home. We highly recommend this Airbnb.
The house was exactly as listed: Cozy, clean, comfortable and equipped with modern conveniences, including dishwasher, laundry, etc... It is perfect for 1-4 people, and can expand to 6 as well. The kitchen was also stocked with a small pantry and staples in the frig, as well as fresh bananas & bagels, which was a very nice touch. The kitchen has every amenity you would need, including appliances, cookware and glassware. The gas fireplace provides nice heat and ambiance. The rooms are all very comfortable and equipped. It was a perfect location and base of operations for my week of hiking. The overall location was off the beaten path enough for peace and quiet, yet close enough to the main drag for access to anything you could possibly need within 5 minutes off Rt 16 in North Conway. I definitely recommend this place, and would definitely rent again. Thanks Rosemary :)
My wife and I were fortunate enough to stay in Rosemary's cute and cozy cottage during the MINIs on Top rally in June 2015 with our 15 month old son. The house was the perfect size for the three of us. As soon as we walked in and saw that Rosemary had left us a bunch of bananas and a bag of bagels to enjoy during our stay, we knew we had picked a winner. From the roomy front porch with gas grill and the quiet location (though just a few miles from the heart of North Conway) to the fully outfitted kitchen and the gas fireplace, we were in our element in the short amount of time we were actually at the house that weekend. :-)
We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was very clean, completely equipped, quiet and easily accessible to the hiking trails in the area. Thanks for a great stay!
Our stay at Rosemary's place was fantastic! The house is nestled in the mountains giving a quiet/woodsy vibe, yet youre only 5 minutes from shopping centers and hiking trails. The house itself was cozy, making it easy to feel right at home. We especially loved the fireplace and grill. Rosemary even left us some breakfast provisions. I would absolutely recommend this listing.
About the Host, Rosemary
I enjoy both downhill and cross country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking and mountain biking. Ron and I love our brittany spaniel Tory and our golden retriever Orla. We love to travel and take a trip every summer during my school break. I look forward to renting my home and hope that all who stay there find it as warm and welcoming as all my house guests in the past have.
