Absolutely no smoking indoors or anywhere on property (Smoke smell tends to travel as much as we wish it wouldn't!) Also, please be courteous to other guests by being as quiet as the time of day calls for. $20 additional for extra (3rd) person per night.
Tracey's place was lovely and just want I needed. total R & R. she lattes and breakfast was delicious. The room is fresh, clean and cozy. The area is beautiful. I would stay again!
Tracey has a truly beautiful home in a lovely setting. Just as described - peaceful and clean. We would have liked to stay longer but flights home from New York beckoned. Still, we enjoyed a lovely breakfast and it was really nice chatting with Tracey about life, family and travels ... The kind of connections that make for a great Air BnB experience.
Treacy was a great host, very friendly, relaxed and hospitable. The room was clean and comfy. The area was quiet, with lots of fun activities and good food to be had nearby. A very positive experience for my wife and I!
Tracey was great: warm, welcoming, cordial, hospitable. Felt at home, comfortable, cared for. Would do it again! thank you.
Tracey was an absolutely amazing host during our long weekend in Milford! After having another place cancel on us days before we were supposed to arrive, she was very accommodating with processing our booking and answering all of my questions (quite literally) minutes after I sent her a note. Her home is beautiful and it was exactly what we needed to feel rested and relaxed! The bed is SO COMFORTABLE, and fresh sheets every night is such a treat! Warm muffins and fresh fruit and juice for breakfast are so delicious and the morning view just makes it even better. Hope we will be back in the area so we can stay with Tracey again!
Tracey was an amazing host! My girlfriend and I stayed here for three nights initially and them came back to stay for another eight! Tracey made us feel like we were family. There was a delicious breakfast every morning and the house was so clean and comfortable. The house in is in such a lovely location too! It's so peaceful on top of that hill and such a short drive in to Milford. Tracey really went above and beyond to make us comfortable, I would highly recommend Tracey's house to anyone! If I make it back to NY next year then my girlfriend and I will definitely be staying here again - it was perfect!
Wonderful experience! Beautiful bright room with the most comfortable bedding. Terrific quiet retreat, great restaurant tips, and a wonderfully fulfilling and healthy breakfast each day...Tracey was a great host!

I enjoy meeting new people, traveling to new places and learning about other cultures. I love music, photography, art and dancing. I have done some traveling in my time throughout Europe and the USA. A few of my favorite destinations are: Ireland, Sicily, Santa Barbara and St. Martin. Closer to home, I do have a soft spot for Boston's charm and NYC, whose theater and restaurants are well worth the hour and a half drive. Nonetheless, my favorite place to be in summer is right here at home.
