Lots of off street parking.

Sleeps 5 (three beds).

In regards to previous comments:

There are custom built in shelving and drawers in the closets for your clothes. The closet lights turn on when you open. Simply pull.

There was a tenant downstairs with a dog she has since left.

Shades have been installed.

And the fireplace stones had repair work done and is 100% completed.

We genuine care and this property is operated and cared for by myself personally and not a large management company.

Guest access
Access to the entire place. Outside area to hang out porch etc. Shared common spaces include the hot tub & grill located on the upper balcony in front of 2BR apt. entrance.

Hot Tub rules will be strictly enforced, should guests not maintain hot tub as instructed, or damage the hot tub in any way, repair and/or cleaning fees will be charged. Hot tub area is under camera surveillance.

Other things to note
Guests of both units are requested to respect one another's privacy and adhere to the following:

Quite hours between 10pm - 7am.

Absolutely NO smoking of tobaccos, cannabis, e-cigarettes or vaping inside.

This is a non-pet property, if an animal is found on-premises without prior approval, all guests will be asked to leave immediately and may incur additional cleaning fees.

Should a service animal be required, we'd request confirmation and documentation in advance of booking a reservation. Any damages incurred from a service animal may incur additional cleaning charges.
