You'll feel at home and cozy in this maximalist oasis inspired by the quirky and western aesthetic of ATX while still feeling elevated and aspirational. Authentically Austin with reliable, 24/7 support and contactless check-in.

The space
This smart condo includes a fabulously equipped kitchen with a wide range of kitchen utensils and appliances like a Nespresso, a sizable dining table, a bar cart complete w/vintage barware, an open concept living room w/a smart Roku TV, a master bedroom with a queen bed, fluffy down comforter and a large walk in closet, a study/spare room with a full sized memory foam sofa bed, and a sizable private balcony overlooking the neighborhood to enjoy your coffee in the mornings. There is also a community roof deck with a gas grill and lightening speed AT&T fiber internet (300 mbps) that reaches there! Portable Dyson vacuum, heater and HEPA air filter. Please look at the 'Amenities' section for a comprehensive list of items provided (there is a lot!).

CONSTRUCTION UPDATE:

There are some previous reviews that mention ongoing construction. This loud and disruptive construction work was completed in January 2026. The complex is now operating normally.

Shared space is upstairs on third floor, across the parking lot, where there are seating areas, swing chairs and a large gas grill overlooking the city.

Please consider that this unit is in a complex that is mostly made up of primary residences. You would be guests of this Airbnb unit, as well as, guests of this peaceful residential community. Please be respectful of this setting and to them as individuals within this environment.

Additionally, we have strict guest headcount maximums. Don’t plan on having more people stay overnight than what you communicated on the reservation.
Please no parties. There are outdoor cameras to monitor guest entry. Either action is strictly prohibited.

PETS:

No cats allowed.

Dogs are allowed when pre-approved before booking. Limit of one dog (additional dogs can be considered). Additional $35 pet fee will apply (to be paid prior to check-in). Dogs should be friendly, house trained (no pee pads). Dog will need to be supervised by you or in a crate (provided by you) if left alone. Dogs should be vaccinated for ticks, fleas and have short trimmed nails.
Any destruction or extra cleaning caused by dog will be charged to you. We love dogs and we appreciate your compliance and understanding.

My condo is located in the heart of ever evolving East Austin, one of the most diverse and intriguing parts of the city. The Eastside food scene is well known. It offers some of most iconic southern-style eateries , a myraid of cool cocktail bars, breweries, coffee houses, a vibrant nightlife, art and outdoor activities to do while here in this historic gem of Austin all super close to our space. You eat, drink and live like a local here. That's the best part. Keep it weird.
