The Clay Space is a studio apartment that was once used as an Art Studio. It is located behind Taos Clay in an industrial, urban area in El Prado along the main highway, 5 minutes North of the Taos Plaza. Easy access to the River and The Taos Ski Valley, the Gorge Bridge and hiking. Ever been to Orlando's New Mexican Cafe? This space is just a few buildings North on the same side of the road.

The space
This is a studio apartment. There are curtains that separate the lining room from the bedroom. There is a full kitchen with a counter and stools.

I was a mountain girl climbing and hiking and doing yoga for many years when I met my husband Doug in Taos New Mexico. He had just finished Architecture school. We built an Earthship on the Taos Mesa, had two babies in a tipi with mid wives all the while I threw pots, started a clay center and Doug was building an Architecture Firm: Living Designs Group. Now I am part of a family of four and we ski and raft and climb and trail run and go to the skate park travel and take care of properties and projects for ourselves and others. I am very happy to call Taos home, now and for the past 20 years. It's a fabulous, mountainous, gorgeous place!
