These 5 identical, luxurious 3BR private pool villas designed for comfort and 'truly hanging out' is located in the heart of SEMINYAK, close to all the best restaurants and beach venues. Fitted with 3 bedrooms each having ensuite bathrooms, fully equipped with dressing, air conditioner, safety box, and CABLE TV. A Beautiful KIDS FRIENDLY pool with tanning level, surrounded by lush gardens. This amazing villa sets the standards of SERVICE & Bali villa living decorated with beautiful local artwork

All 3 Bedrooms are in fact MASTER BEDROOMS... its hard to decide on the best room. A fully equipped kitchen includes a espresso coffee maker and free flow of organic coffee from the Villas own organic coffee plantation in north Bali.

The villas are nestled down a private 4m wide access road off the bustling Oberoi street .. just enough to be secluded and protected from the action, yet convenient to walk with small kids

Villa Occupancy & Guest Policy
Our villas are thoughtfully designed to comfortably accommodate 6 guests. We can host up to 8 guests (including children of all ages) with ease. Simple terms & conditions apply.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is available from 15:00 onwards, and
check-out time is by 11:00 on your departure day.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkout beyond 11:00 and up to 18:00 is charged at 50% of one night's rate. For departures after 18:00, a full night will be charged.
Airport Transfers
Let us take care of your arrival! We offer airport pick-up in a spacious luxury Van for just USD 35 per way. The van accommodates up to 8 guests on the same flight, plus luggage, strollers, and even surfboards. No need to worry about navigating transport or dealing with unverified drivers.
Transfers between 20:00 - 08:00 incur a night surcharge of USD 10.
Breakfast Service
Breakfast is not included for Airbnb bookings, but our friendly staff will happy to prepare the “Sahana Breakfast” for you (full breakfast details are available on our official website).
The cost per person is USD 8,- and includes on top unlimited Barrister style organic coffee from our own plantation. No charges for Infants <2 years of age.
Additional Guests & Charges
The ideal number of guests per villa is 6 persons.
However, we can accommodate 2 additional guests at USD 30/person/night (ages 2 +). This includes a high-quality extra bed, linens, and towels.
Infants (<2 years) exceeding the 6-person base are charged USD 12/night, including use of a wooden crib, high chair, and baby utensils. Sunsail on request.
Pool Fence Rental (For Families with Children)
For added peace of mind, we offer temporary bamboo pool fences with child-safe gates and locks. Please let us know in advance if you’d like this arranged.
- Rate: USD 15/day (provided by a trusted external vendor)
- For stays of 5 nights or longer, the installation fee (USD 20) is waived
Use of External Vendors
For quality and security reasons, we do not allow outside service providers (e.g., massage therapists, pool fence installers) onto the property. We offer a curated list of trusted partners to ensure a consistent service experience.
Booking Amendments:
- Changes within 30 days of arrival that reduce your stay are not permitted during high and peak seasons.x
- For date changes made more than 30 days in advance, a rebooking fee
of 1 night's rate applies and is payable at check-in.
- No show and early departure are not refundable.
