Paddocks view is a spacious two bedroom bungalow in the hamlet of Treworgans, Cubert, 10 minutes from the busy resort of Newquay. Paddocks View comfortably sleeps 5 people making it perfect for families or groups of friends.
Paddocks View comprises of an open plan lounge with smart TV and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, main bedroom with double bed and large ensuite bathroom, second bedroom with a single bed and bunk beds and a main bathroom.
All bed linen and bath towels are provided.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS
Paddocks View includes two bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms with showers. The main bedroom boasts a comfortable double bed and a large ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom accommodates up to three guests with a single bed and bunk beds.
The open-plan lounge and dining area comfortably seat five guests, with a highchair available upon request (subject to availability). A separate well-equipped kitchen, complete with a cooker, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge, kettle, and toaster, complements the living space, making Paddocks View perfect for families.
OUTDOOR AMENITIES
Paddocks View features its own entrance and an enclosed private sunny courtyard, providing a secure and relaxing space for outdoor dining or simply unwinding with a cup of tea or glass of wine. A washing line is available in the courtyard for your convenience.
ADDITIONAL FEATURES
We provide bath towels and bed linen, ensuring your comfort throughout your stay. Gas central heating is included.
PARKING AND CHECK IN
Free parking is available on site, and check-in begins at 4 pm. The property keys are conveniently located in a key pod for easy access upon arrival. We reside on-site and are readily available to assist with any queries.
PET FRIENDLY
Paddocks View warmly welcomes dogs, accommodating up to 2-3 pets as a general guideline. Guests are welcome to bring additional dogs based on their preference and needs. The property features a secure outside area, and there are numerous scenic walks right on the doorstep. Many local beaches, such as Crantock Bay, Holywell Bay, Polly Joke Beach, and Perranporth, are dog-friendly year-round.
TREWORGANS COTTAGES
Paddocks View is part of Treworgans Cottages, which includes three separate properties. Jasmine Cottage and Bramley Cottage, each accommodating three guests, are also located on-site. Treworgans Cottages can be booked individually or as a whole, accommodating up to 11 guests, making it an ideal choice for families or groups of friends. Ample parking is available on site for all guests.
LOCAL FACILITIES
In Cubert village, you'll find a local shop for basic essentials and a Fish and Chip Shop. The nearest supermarket and petrol station is Morrisons in Newquay, just 4 miles away. Restaurants and shops abound in Crantock, Perranporth, and Newquay. Additionally, the popular ‘Smugglers Den’ pub, known for its great food, is a pleasant 30-minute walk enjoyed by locals and tourists alike.
EXPLORING THE AREA
Treworgans Cottages are ideally positioned for exploring Cornwall. We are a short drive from the breathtaking National Trust beaches of Crantock and Holywell Bay and only 10 minutes from the bustling town of Newquay. The area offers a variety of excellent restaurants, and we provide an information pack featuring our current favorite dining spots. There a many local surf-friendly beaches and most are lifeguarded during the summer months, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for families. Newquay also offers attractions such as Newquay Zoo, Newquay Aquarium, a cinema, and Waterworld swimming pool.
Treworgans Cottages are conveniently located between the popular towns of Padstow and St Ives, both approximately a 35-40 minute drive away, offering further opportunities to explore and enjoy the charm of Cornwall.
Guest access
There is plenty of free parking on site in our private car park.
There is a bus stop a 2 minute walk away which provides a service to the local area and further afield.
If you don't want to get in the car there are lots of beautiful walks from the doorstep including a walk across the National Trust land of Cubert Common where skylarks can be spotted in the summer.
