The apartment is in one of the best club condos in Curitiba, 24-hour concierge, in a noble neighborhood and with easy access to any point in the city. Tenants will have access to social areas (sauna, pool, gym, game room, movie theater, etc.), and must always respect the rules of the condominium. Laundry can be used, requiring reservation of chips and advance payment.
The apartment is not shared and will be available for the exclusive use of the tenants listed in the reservation. Always remember to put the correct number of guests when you make your reservation.

Dom Pedro I tube station with bus every 5 minutes to the center and places of interest. Close to Batel and Água Verde, 10 minutes by car or 15 minutes by public transport. Same goes for downtown. Easy connection to bus station (15 min) and airport (30 min)

- The conservation and good use of the equipment and utensils made available in the apartment is the responsibility of the guests.
