This is a secluded cabin on the side of a the Blue Ridge Mountains just 12 minutes from downtown Clayton and 30 min from Highlands. This cabin is on a beautiful winding road through the country backing up to the Chattahoochee National Forest and is known as an area for many gorgeous hikes, waterfalls, excellent trout fishing, and river rafting. This is a nature lover’s paradise! You can’t go wrong making this beautiful cabin your home base for your Blue Ridge Mountain adventure!

The space
You will have access to the entire cabin (minus the basement) and the surrounding 5 acres. We back up to the national forrest!

Guest access
You will have access to the bottom deck, and first 2 floors of the cabin. The basement remains locked for storage. You will have access to a fire pit and grill.

Neighborhood highlights

This is an amazingly peaceful and comfortable space. It’s far enough from downtown to have a true mountain experience yet close enough to access all there is to do in downtown Clayton and neighboring mountain towns. It’s the best of both worlds.

My husband and I love to travel especially to places rich in nature. I joke that I have a mild rainforest addiction. We have two Airbnbs that we love to share with guests. One is on the island of Dominica called The Ramelton Estate (which is also a chocolate farm) and the other is a cabin in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Both are wonderful but it’s a farmhouse with 2 dogs, a cat, 5 donkeys, 2 water buffalos and 18 cows in Dade City, Florida that we call home.
