This spacious studio apartment with exposed brick and high ceilings is located on the second floor of a century old building. In the heart of downtown, it's only a short walk to Waterfront Park, YUM! Center, Fourth Street Live!, Slugger Field, NULU Art Galleries, Art and History Museums, Distilleries, Shops and tons of Restaurants and Bars! This area has a thriving nightlife so we have a later checkout time!

The space
Centrally located it's truly in the middle of everything! It's the perfect downtown pied-à-terre!

Guest access
Parking is on the street and depends on what's happening nearby, but there's usually free spots out front (disregard the 30 minute time limit) or metered spots further down the street. With the provided access code for the keyless entry combination lock, Guests can enter the front door anytime they arrive. Check-In is anytime after 4:00pm. The space is a private suite with its own entrance on the second floor and separate from the rest of the residence. The thermostat for the central air and heat is not in the studio but it can be adjusted upon request. The Kitchen and Bath are private and for guest's use only.

Other things to note
We are located in a building near bars with nightlife. It can be occasionally loud and noisy especially on the weekends.

I have an identical twin brother named Matthew. We both live in the same building in downtown Louisville, Ky. He lives on the third floor above the listing and helps me with the Air B&B space. We studied Fine Art in Murray, Ky and share an art studio in the East Market Street area called 'Nulu'. We love art & design, music, movies, technology and streaming TV shows!
