This is one of the few places in the area with a pool.
1 .5Hr from Manila (if no traffic), Lakeview Resort is a fully licensed resort. Ideal for family gatherings, intimate birthday, anniversary celebrations and company function.

All guests have exclusive use of our swimming pool, dining area, family/ karaoke room & complimentary use of our outdoor bath.

The space
A fully legit and licensed resort that fulfills all the requirements of the Philippines Department of Tourism and Trade. These requirements include health card certificate for food preparation, pest control, 24 hour CCTV. resort and swimming pool water hygiene tests , fire safety standards, life guard.

As we are located in a eco-environment in the midst of nature, sometimes there may be friendly visits by harmless insects. During such occasions guests can always have the option to move into the enclosed dining area and family area for their comfort.

Thermal pool with additional payment of P3000/night, warms up to between 85 to 92 degrees Fahrenheit (weather dependent and not a hot spring)

Our basic rate starts for 12 guests including children. However, if you wish to add, there will an additional 1000/head maximum of 29 pax including kids. Although Airbnb number of pax is only up to 16 pax. For the excess pax and non-staying guest same rate will apply.

Optional use of THERMAL HEATED POOL with a fee of P3000/night. Please advise us ahead of time.

Check in time of 5 pm, however if the villa is already clean by 430pm we can check you in early and check out time at 2pm must be strictly adhered.

Please take care of your children while using the pool. No running and diving allowed. Owners will not be liable for any claims against accidents or fatalities.

No smoking in ALL rooms, kitchen and Karaoke room. Smoking allowed outdoors provided that cigarette buds are properly disposed in the bins provided.

Responsible consumption of alcohol is allowed. A P2000 service charge will be levied for clearing up of vomit in any part of the premises.

No rowdy games and parties allowed

Quiet hours are after 10 pm.

Use of Karaoke System until 10 pm. However, guest is free to use the Family room after 10 pm for bonding and drinking sessions. Provided the room door is closed at all times

Guest will have to pay for any damage of equipment and fittings

Guests to clean up the kitchen after use.

Neighborhood highlights

Our neighborhood is a in the midst of lush greeneries and nature. As we are located in the province, loud parties and large crowd gatherings are not permitted at our vacation home.

Notwithstanding Starbucks, Robinsons Supermarket and fast food outlets like Jollibee and Chow King are only 15 mins drive away from our vacation home. Purchase of live Tilapia and bangus fish for barbeque can be purchased at the near-by Sari Sari shops.
