Interaction with Guests
The apartment is for your sole occupancy. I think the best part in renting my apartment is that I get the chance to meet new people:) So I always meet my guests to show them the apartment hand over the keys and explain all they need to know about the apartment the neighborhood. As a frequent traveler I always love to get a few tips from a local on the best way to explore the city, so I try to do just that with my own guests. If I have the time I also like to meet you at the airport and drive you door to door. After check in I'm always available via e-mail and on the phone. I'm pretty flexible with check out too. If I have time I always like to say good bye to my guests and to find out how they enjoyed their stay in Budapest and in the apartment. I think getting feedback from my guests is the best way to make my apartment even better and more comfortable:)
The Castle Quarter is one of the oldest, most beautiful, yet very peaceful parts of Budapest. You'll bump into beautiful buildings like the first reformed church of Buda right in front of the apartment on almost every corner. There are plenty of cafés, restaurants and shops in the area too.
The closest metro station is about 3 minutes away. The closest bus and tram stops are even closer.
Other Things to Note
If you are arriving by car the good news is that parking on the street infront of the apartment and in a street near by is free of charge all week and it is usually no problem to find a parking space in these streets.
I don't belive in strict rules, instead I build on trust and mutual respect. So what I ask from my guests is to take care of the apartment like if it was their own and respect the neighbors.
