Beautiful area

Guests love this home’s scenic location.
Beautiful views of Hermon Pond from almost every window of this unique camp. There are 2 bedrooms, a king bed in master & two full/full bunk comfortable beds in the second bedroom. Newly renovated full basement combination bar & game room for your enjoyment. The large lot allows for family games while the large oak trees provides privacy. In the evenings, spark up the fire pit & roast some s'mores. A beautiful retreat to make lasting memories.

The space
The interior of the camp is beautifully covered with native pine boards. The living room, dining, kitchen and bar area all share an open space making it fun to cook and still interact with other guests or family members. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and two closets. There is also a peekaboo window to watch the sun rise. The second bedroom has two full over full bunk beds and according to our sons, the best mattresses they've ever slept on. There are 3 large windows to view the pond and a sliding glass door to the deck.

We just finished renovating the camp adding a full basement downstairs. You can access it by going down the custom made spiral staircase. The custom made bar has everything you need, except the booze. Red, White, Whiskey, Champagne & Beer glasses are displayed on the custom made shelf. There's a mini fridge under the bar, an ice maker & martini mixer.

In the center of the game room is a custom made Olhausen pool table completely equipped with pool sticks, 9 & 8 ball racks, brush & stand. We keep it covered when not in use.

There's also a PacMan 1 Up arcade with 12 different games on it that our boys enjoy competing for the highest rank.

We also purchased a jukebox that plays music and can be heard throughout the entire camp. It plays Lps, 45s, Cds & Bluetooth.

We added a karaoke machine to our game room. It comes with 2 cordless microphones and 1000s of songs to choose from different apps. Please keep our neighbors in mind in regards to the volume but sing your hearts out!

In the back corner is the reading nook complete with couch, pillows, books, card games & puzzles. You can lay on the couch and watch the birds or just rest.

Summertime:

There is no lifeguard, so swimming & kayaking are at your own risk.
We highly recommend you bring your own swimming shoes but we do have some at the camp that you can use. We do provide life jackets and there are 4 kayaks. Hermon pond is great for kayaking, fishing & listening & exploring the wildlife. Kayak your way off to the right there is a little river that you can paddle through that connects to Hampden pond. It's a beautiful & peaceful little adventure. We posted photos of our trip on this listing. Bring your own boat or skidoo and launch it at one of the boat ramps.

Wintertime:

Bring your own snowmobile and you can ride right from the camp onto Hermon pond and access the many snowmobile trails. Bring your ice fishing equipment and watch for the flags from the camp. Hermon Mountain is only 5 minutes away. It's a family owned mountain offering skiing & tubing. They also rent out skis as well. Visit their website at Ski Hermon Mountain

We installed two heat pumps for both floors and it provides plenty of heat during the colder months and wonderful AC for those hot summer days.

The camp sits on .25 acres and has a large yard for playing games or laying in the sun. Lay on the hammock and let the breeze rock you to sleep. You can hear loons calling at any time of day and the frogs croaking at night. This is our home away from home and we love it and hope you will enjoy it as well.
