Enjoy a magical stay at this oceanfront triplex/condo. This unique location is truly for those seeking an oceanfront experience. Million dollar ocean view! View Oceanside's 3 arch rocks from the private 4 person hot tub. This beautiful oceanfront 4 bed 3 bath is perfect for a family getaway. Two private decks overlooking the Ocean. Located 1 mile from the quaint village of Oceanside Oregon. Watch the whales spouting in the distance as the sun melts into the ocean.

The space
Three story condo unit with 2 private decks, 4 person hot tub with a view of 3 arch rocks, vaulted ceilings and loft area, jacuzzi tub, quartz countertops in the kitchen, fire pit and private HIKING trail to the beach.

Guest access
We are at the end of the street with our own private paved off street parking lot and overflow parking area for boats etc...

Other things to note
There is a private HIKING trail with switch backs down to the beach. The trail is not suitable for strollers, wheel chairs or persons that might have physical restrictions. Small children, Older people or people with limited mobility issues might find the trail difficult. Please use caution and discretion. Flat easy beach access is found 1 mile either North or South in Oceanside or Happy Camp.

There is smart TV's that are set up with Netflix and other streaming services in this unit.

We have clam rakes, buckets and shovels for guest use. A propane crab pot cooker and stainless steel cleaning station is on site for guest use.
Firewood is also available by request.

Strict NO PARTY property! We do not accept events or large groups. Guests that avoid this policy are subject to immediate evection with no refunds. Security cameras are in stalled on the exterior of the home that may not be turned off or tampered with.
