In 2017 we said 'fork it' to the stresses of city life, packed up our lives to become ethicurean farmers.
We are a small-scale family run farm, consisting of 12 Berkshire breeding sows, a small herd of cattle, sheep, ducks, geese and bees. We also grow most of our own herbs and vegetables.
Our goal is to produce ethical, flavourful food for the local market. Over the past 20 months we have developed our all-natural product range (in our on-farm facility), to utilise the whole animal, which has recently expanded to include our pasture raised duck, goose, beef & lamb. We are also currently developing a range of products which incorporate sustainably sourced Tassie wild game.
We put a lot of love into everything we do at Fork it Farm and we love sharing our farm.
