Cozy and modernly furnished apartment situated within 10 minutes walking distance from the numerous beaches and promenade of Budva; 15 minutes walking from old town full of little-corner restaurants and street artists.(URL HIDDEN) Apartment has 52 square meters,it has:
- living room and dining room
- kitchen with exit on a small terrace
- bathroom with shower and washing machine
- large terrace (suitable for lunch ,dinner, playing cards...)
- bedroom with double bed
- parking place;
- wireless internet
The tourist bus station which can take you to visit all hidden beaches and big touristic spots is five minutes walk from the apartment. We will be happy to show you the surroundings of Budva, and show you how to get the best possible time spent in Montenegro .
If you are coming by plane(Tivat, Podgorica) or train(Bar, Podgorica), there is possibility to organize transfer to Budva, for appropriate fee.

*beach Mogren-5 min from old town in Budva ,you have a beautiful path by sea from old town to this beach,it is nice to walk here even if you are not going to (URL HIDDEN) suggestion is to drink a coffee and eat some cake at Astoria( on beginning of old town ) and then take a walk to Mogren beach .
*beach Kamenovo(15 min drive from Budva(You can also go by tourist boat)or you can go on foot,there is a hiking trail which take you on this beach throw all Budva shore over Becici(also nice and big beach) to Kamenovo),
*in that way you must also visit a great Przno beach,ideal for relaxing...
*the island Sveti Nikola (on all Budva beaches you have a lot of boats(on every 30 min)which would take you and return you from this beautiful island definitely worth seeing),
*beach Jaz(5 min drive from Budva,Madona had a concert there 4 years ago),
*beach Ploce,it is built 2002 on rocky beach ,it is full of cocktails parties and famous DJ`s in summer time,lot of pools and mostly for younger people...
*beach Plavi horizonti(this three beaches are on a road to Kotor),little far away but one of the most beautiful..
*beach Drobni Pijesak(little secluded beach but my favorite,15 min drive from Budva and it is not so advertised and is still one of the wilder beaches on the coast),
*Who likes to walk to a small wild beaches? Immediately prior to Sveti Stefan camp named- red head-Crvena glavica, there's plenty to go down, but when you get to the beach you will not regret it, a small restaurant, the best fish and relaxing by the sea..
*Sveti Stefan (1o min from Budva - nice for walking and to spend one day there)-I could organize you a romantic dinner just on island,by the way,island is closed,it is private and tourist can go in only if they have booked dinner or lunch.
*Kotor old town,Bay of Kotor -20 minutes from Budva
* Near Kotor, Our Lady of the Rocks(Gospa od Skrpjela) and St. George(Sveti Djordje), you have a picture of these small islands ... (You can buy a mini cruise to go there,nice to have a picture on that island,so small island,just to fit one church there)
*I must mention newly built Porto Montenegro as a symbol of new and luxury village in Montenegro,they built all village and luxury pools and a port with luxury yachts, create a new epicenter of events in Tivat-20 minutes from Budva
Bus station Budva-5 min walk,train station Bar-35 km away,Tivat airport 20 km,Podgorica airport 58 km.
Other Things to Note
Old town is 15 min walk from apartment,but Budva taxi service is very cheap,you can have ride to old town(for one or 4 people) for 1,5 EUR,beaches I recommend in mail or on pictures on this listing is best way for you to get know Montenegro coast,don't stop just on Budva beaches,only 10 min drive in both directions,you will see beautiful places...if you want to explore good restaurants,bars,coffee shops I am here for advice's...If you however stop by in Bar(35 km from Budva) I offer a free drink to my guests!More in personal mail!
