Cozy house located on the hill of the Atalaya neighborhood of Rincón. From the accommodation you can enjoy an incredible panoramic view, where the best sunsets in the town of beautiful sunsets are captured. The place consists of two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and a beautiful terrace on the roof of the house. One of the rooms has a private balcony, and from the kitchen you have access to a rustic balcony that allows fresh air into the house.

If you want to tour the town and its attractions, in less than 20 minutes by car you will find the coast of Rincón with beautiful beaches for all kinds of tastes, whether you want to sunbathe, have a day trip and/or do water sports such as surfing, diving, snorkeling, among others. In the center of town you will find city life with an ideal atmosphere for day and night enjoyment.
