At East Coast Hideaway, we want you to enjoy nature and the outdoors. The perfect escape from the city but still not far from restaurants and attractions. Come enjoy our private stargazer dome surrounded by beautiful maple trees, located on our 30 acres property.
We are open all year round.
The getaway is made for 2 adults.
You will have your own fully equipped kitchenette, 3 pcs bathroom, wood fired hot tub, private screened in gazebo, sauna, fire pit and more!
ATV & Snowmobile friendly!
The space
- 1 queen bed overlooking the stars
- Wood pellet stove
- Mini split for heating and A/C
- You will have a full kitchenette (induction stove, mini fridge, utensils, dishes, pots & pans, kettle, Keurig coffee machine, coffee, tea, toaster)
- 3 Pcs bathroom (stand up shower, toiletries, flushing toilet, sink, towels)
- Private screened in gazebo, with bluetooth speaker, BBQ and outdoor dining area.
- Homemade cedar wood fired hot tub
- Cedar Barrel Sauna
- Outdoor Cold Shower ( Seasonal)
- Homemade fire pit
- Hammock (Seasonal)
- Fire table
*Propane fire table can be used during fire ban! Located in the screened in gazebo. :)

Guest access
Guest have access to the dome, gazebo and backyard /Trail area
- Lots of attractions and restaurants nearby with 7 minutes from Shediac, 15 minutes from Parlee Beach and 15 to 20 minutes from Dieppe and Moncton. Also less than 20 minutes from Airport.
- We are near the beautiful Scoudouc river, it would be a 30 to 45 minutes walk from the dome. Trail can be muddy make sure to bring proper footwear if you want to do this walk.
- Do you have an ATV or Snowmobile ? You can leave directly from the dome and enjoy the trails nearby, with plenty of room to park a trailer.
Atv trails are available during all seasons (groomed trail during winter)
- You have a private parking directly at the dome.
- If you are bringing a trailer please park the trailer across from the driveway to the dome. (Depending on the size of trailer, smaller trailers will fit no problem at the dome)
Other things to note
**Please note the new nightly pricing structure now includes the fees from Airbnb, you will now see the total amount including all fees. **
During summer time a good thing to bring would be bug spray, as there is mosquitos, however we do offer a large screened in gazebo to be able to enjoy outside :)
(in the gazebo we have the hot tub, BBQ, bluetooth sound bar, dining area, propane fire table and seating area)
Our sauna is just a few steps away from the main deck.

You can now add a rack of ribs to your stay at the dome! Located locally in Shediac, NB
