The space
**Please read the entire listing before booking! It is important to us that folks come here and have a WONDERFUL experience. This is why we are so detailed in our listing.**

SHARED RESTROOMS: There is NO bathroom or running water inside the Tiny House, but guests will have access to a SHARED bathroom/shower and washer/dryer in our walkout basement, which is just a short walk away from the tiny house.

KITCHEN USE: Guests can cook in our small community kitchenette, or in the outdoor fire pit. We have a functional kitchenette space with pots, utensils, dishes, cutting board, induction cooktop, microwave, and other useful cooking necessities.

This tiny house is nestled on the edge of a wooded spot on the Arrowhill Homestead. It is a cozy 12x16 house with a Queen size bed, a bunk bed, a table with 2 chairs, air conditioning, mini fridge, and a coffee pot. There is a communal deck and there is a communal fire pit. It’s a bit like glamping because there is no running water, but it’s a step up because there is electric, a mini fridge, and air conditioning.

We provide pillows, linens, blankets, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Each tiny house is stocked with coffee, tea, and a water jug with fresh water.

There is NO heat in the tiny house, so our rental period is from May-September. Some days might be a little cold. We will provide extra blankets upon request.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:

*There will be farm noise: goats, ducks, livestock dogs (who sometimes bark at night), children, tractors, a saw mill, etc. Although we try to limit noise, it’s virtually impossible on a farm. The forest is full of nature, you might experience bugs :) we can't control that.

*Guests may see: materials, tools, compost pile, and other progress around the farm. These are all normal farming activities. You will be visiting at a snapshot in time and it is always changing. We are continually working to improve our property, and working to implement sustainable practices, it is always changing around here.

Guest access
Guests can access the bathrooms, kitchenette, deck, and the fire pit. Guests are welcome to request a goat hike! We have trails on the property as well to use anytime.
