Located directly across from Washington Park, this centrally located apartment makes it easy to enjoy the city without feeling overwhelmed by it. Free on-street parking is consistently available outside the apartment, and the area is walkable and residential. The Empire State Plaza, Capitol, Albany Medical Center, UAlbany Rockefeller downtown campus, and Center Squares restaurants and bars are all nearby, close enough for convenience, far enough for comfort.

The space
This private garden-level apartment has its own separate entrance in an owner-occupied home and is designed to feel like a true home base. The bedroom features a queen bed, with a twin XL sofa bed in the living room for added flexibility. I can provide a queen blow-up mattress if needed as well.

The full kitchen includes a dishwasher, Keurig with coffee and creamer, a tea kettle, and everything needed to cook comfortably at home. Guests have full control over heat in the winter and air conditioning in the summer.

Guest access
Plenty of on-street free parking. If visiting during the week, double check the parking restriction signs. They are self explanatory, but feel free to reach out to me if you are concerned about compliance.

There is an off-street lot that charges approximately $7 per 24hrs about a block down the road if you have concerns about parking on the street, however I have never had any issues with doing so during my time living here.

One 4-digit code will be sent to you via message the morning of your arrival. The code will grant access to the house and the apartment door.

Other things to note
This studio is situated on the lower level of an owner-occupied home. Some light household sounds from above may be audible at times, especially in the morning. Most guests find this manageable, but those who are very sensitive to noise may prefer a different setting.
