Welcome to your cozy retreat! Conveniently located on the corner of Dow, a busier road, but rest assured-the fully fenced yard provides privacy and a relaxing outdoor oasis. Minimum age 25 for booking. Enjoy the pool, and fire pit for the perfect getaway setting.

ChristmaSea – Santa’s Beachy Getaway!
No matter your mood, it’s always cheerful here at ChristmaSea, where festive charm meets coastal comfort. Lighted Christmas trees brighten every bedroom and the main living area, adding a little magic year-round.

This home features three bedrooms and three bathrooms:
    •    A main-floor master suite with a king bed and en suite bathroom, just off the living area.
    •    A cozy front bedroom with a full bed and a view of the front porch.
    •    A private upstairs queen suite, complete with its own bathroom.

All bedrooms include TVs equipped with Amazon Fire Sticks for easy streaming.*

In the open-concept kitchen and great room, you’ll find:
    •    A large 65” TV
    •    A comfy modular sofa
    •    A spacious bar that seats five
    •    A central island with seating for four

Upstairs, enjoy movie nights in the theater room with a big screen. Step outside through the sliders to a backyard patio shaded by towering palm trees—perfect for happy hour cocktails or ice-cold popsicles.

The newly installed pool features a sun deck and chaise lounges for ultimate relaxation. You’ll also have access to beach essentials including chairs and an umbrella, conveniently stored in the backyard shed.

Bringing pets?
We welcome up to two furry friends with a $175 non-refundable fee. For more than two, an additional $100 fee applies. Pets are not allowed on beds and may only use furniture when covered with a pet blanket. If left unattended, we kindly ask that they be kenneled. Also to be so kind to try to keep them out of landscaping, there is plenty of yard for them to explore and run around.

Please Note: From September through May, our personal RV is sometimes stored in a rear parking spot on the property. It is out of the way and does not interfere with guest use of the home, parking, or outdoor areas.

Guest access
Entire home is yours with exception of garage and attic. Plenty of storage in closets, and drawers. Owners closets will be locked.

Neighborhood highlights

Fenced corner lot on a side street and main road. Across the street is the famous Carolina-state park. Where a short drive drops your boat in the water. A great nature walk is a must while visiting here. So much to explore. Head the other direction and I’m one short mile… you're sitting on the sandy beach, or grabbing lunch or dinner on the boardwalk.

My friends call me MJ, I love life in general,Jesus and Christmas! Living near the beach completes the whole picture. My husband I are now empty nesters...and with last years employment...having us traveling more than originally expecting. We had fun making our home a comfortable place, and if we’re not around, as much as originally planned; what better to know others are enjoying our home. It’s been an absolute beautiful experience hosting guests. I thrive on pleasing others...and get such pleasure out of knowing I’ve made their stay as wonderful as it possibly could be. We’re not property investors, we’re just two people who enjoy sharing their home and making it a wonderful “home away” for them.
