This home is a quick 15 minute walk to downtown and you’ll have high-speed wifi (1gb) capable of handling a full day of zoom calls, a beautiful co-working space, a private office + living room and a beautiful backyard to relax in. Driveway and garage parking both available.

Enjoy living in a quiet neighborhood in North Boulder - walking distance to a beautiful community garden, rec center, tennis, and pickleball courts. View of the mountains from your front yard! You can walk to downtown, run on beautiful trails , rent bikes, enjoy close well-lit parks, and hike the flatirons

The neighbors have lived in boulder for many years and are friendly and respectful. When renting, you should be prepared to respect quiet hours and do your part in being a good neighbor.
