The Nesting Box is an ideal space to return to and recharge in after “free-ranging” locally. Comfortable, cool, and centrally located to the best of Butler Street. Designers collaborated to maximize the minimal space with creative comforts for experiencing "tiny living". Our shipping container addition led us to have 2 front 🚪. We welcome guests to our on-street private guest suite. Urban family homestead with 1 🐈⬛, 2 🐕, and 3 🐓 that resided with us for 5 years (recently rehomed to farm).
The space
3 minute walk to best of Butler Street. Blocks in each direction filled with eateries, bars, hip shops, and necessities. River also close by. Transit is easy to grab. Close to a lot but our street is pretty chill. Parking generally easy but increased popularity of area on weekends. The Nesting Box is a unique space within a unique space. Private on-street guest suite closed off but housed in a 1890’s row house with shipping container addition.
Guest access
You will have access to space through front door of brick house. There is an outdoor sitting area to enjoy.
Other things to note
We have two dogs and one black indoor/outdoor cat. The dogs have instinct to guard the property — bark, bark and cat may decide to approach while outside — if you engage with her, Lisa.
She is well known and adored by many neighbors.

Our family of three lives in our late 1800s rowhouse with shipping container addition on an urban homestead we share with a rescue dog, a GSP and a black cat. We happily immerse in bodies of water– local lakes to hot springs to the Mediterranean.
