Arthur was efficient and effective in his communication. All the emails we received were clear and made the whole booking to check out process most straightforward. Further Arthur was highly responsive when we had a query or needed some guidance.
The property was accurately represented on the website and it was well appointed. Very clean. It is ideal for two people. The bedding was excellent and there was good hanging space. Good bathroom and well appointed kitchen. The place is light and can be airy by opening the windows...secure too.
We would recommend this as a great place for two people to stay in....a little tight if more people other than children.
We had a wonderful short stay in San Francisco and a great first experience with AirBNB. Arthur was meticulous in his details for getting into the apartment and the parking garage. All of our pre-trip communication was good and he responded to any of my questions very quickly. The apartment was clean, orderly and comfortable. It was a plus to have laundry available so we could do a quick small load of our stinky running clothes before setting out on the next leg of our trip.
This apartment could not have been more perfect for us. Location was excellent with great food and fun shops within 3-5 blocks. The pad was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed including basic kitchen ingredients and bath necessities - even laundry detergent. It was clean and very roomy. We loved the many windows that open and allowed loads of light and fresh air when needed. The doors are equipped with keypads so no need to go pick up keys-which makes things so easy. Public transportation was also within walking distance. Arthur, our host, was very accessible by phone and so friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay in this apartment or any of Arthur's apartments next time we are in town.
Arthur is great. Not only was his place amazing but he's great in communicating back and forth. If I had a question or request he would get back to me right away. Everything was easy and comfortable. The place we stayed at was amazing. Bright and cozy. I would definitely stay here again next time I am in the area. Thanks Arthur!!!
This is an amazing place in an incredible location. It's modern, sleek and clean. Nearby are shops and all Haight Ashbury has to offer. He even provides private keypad entry, and additionally an ipad to play music from. I only wished I could have stayed here my whole trip.
This was my second Airbnb experience, on the second part of an extended SF excursion. I only live across the bridge in Marin County, and had always wanted to experience living in the city. This is a great, bright place and I love the proximity to both the Lower and Upper Haight, and location in pretty much the center of everything SF. Host is very communicative and easy to reach.
AMAZING!!!!! I made the absolute right choice. Nothing was missing, Arthur was in constant contact and answered all my queries. He was flexible and always super friendly. The location is the best in town- everything is within walking distance, the area is safe and vibrant, full of nice bars and restaurants. Everything in the apartment is clearly indicated and really well organized- We would definitely return! and can recommend this listing to everyone.
