This almost 450 square meter manor house offers you an unforgettable stay.

For children, it is the purest paradise! We have a large swimming lake where you can even take a boat.

A brand new acquisition is the Thermomix TM6, which can be rented.

For bachelor parties, the house is available to a limited extent, i.e. not Easter, Pentecost, Christmas and New Year's Eve/New Year!

The space
Your "favorite place" is located on the nature reserve and borders the village on the other side of the 4 ha property, so that the shopping facilities, as well as the pharmacy and post office, are within walking distance. On the property you will experience native animals and the frog concert at the pond in the appropriate season is not to be missed!

Guest access
Guests have access to the sauna relaxation room and the sauna is available for a fee of €20/day (there is a piggy bank!)

Other things to note
We named our beach "Corona Beach" because it was created during this time! An evening with family & friends at the pond with grilling at the campfire, plus a good drink with beautiful music in candlelight/moonlight will be unforgettable!
In the house there is a keyboard, 88 keys with hammer action for large and small pianists!

SPECIAL FEATURE: Please no bachelor parties on holidays, such as Easter, Pentecost, Christmas and New Year's Eve/New Year's Day

A star chef from Uelzen can be arranged for special occasions, depending on availability and always recommended to inquire early!!!

Special feature:
In the nearby village there is a charging station for electric cars in the parking lot of the Edeka beverage market and in Herbert-Meyer Str. 7 in the area of the university of applied sciences!
Unfortunately, it is not allowed to charge with the house power line!

The children are grown and all out of the house, so I have refurbished this spacious mansion in the heart of the Lüneburg Heath and look forward to welcoming you soon here in Suderburg to your new favorite place. The house with 4 hectares of parkland is located on the one hand on the edge of the village and on the other hand it borders the nature reserve. It offers peace, relaxation and plenty of space!
