Guests have full, private access to the entire 1-bedroom condo and private oceanview lanai. On the property, there is a lovely community swimming pool and a dedicated outdoor grilling area that guests can use to cook up local flavors. Parking is completely free for guests; simply grab your parking pass from the resort office upon arrival. Keyless self-check-in makes your arrival completely contactless, seamless, and hassle-free.The neighborhood offers incredible convenience and endless opportunities for exploration. You can walk along Papaloa Road to discover multiple scenic beach access points just minutes from your front door, or enjoy premium oceanfront dining at Lava Lava Beach Club, located just a single block away. A short walk in the other direction brings you to the Coconut Marketplace, which offers local boutique shops, excellent restaurants, and a convenient grocery store. Additionally, you will enjoy immediate access to the famous Ke Ala Hele Makalae coastal path right outside the property, which is perfect for morning jogs or peaceful sunset strolls.Of special note, this is a premier, top-floor 3rd-floor penthouse unit, and there are no elevators on the property. To protect the integrity of the space, please note that this is a 100% smoke-free property. Strictly NO SMOKING or vaping of any kind is permitted anywhere inside the unit, outside on the private lanai, or on the immediate resort premises.
Other things to note
We have an air conditioner located in the bedroom only. To help us conserve energy on the island, we kindly ask that you reserve its use for sleeping hours only. The room cools down very quickly, and the unit is not designed to run 24/7. Thank you so much for your help in keeping Kauai green! For daytime cooling, opening the entry door windows, living room windows, and the glass slider creates a wonderful, refreshing ocean cross-breeze. We also provide ceiling fans and box fans in the living room for your extra comfort.
