Guest access
Guests are renting the entire house and will have exclusive access to and use of the hot tub, the sauna, and all other facilities. Please note there is no beach access on the property, but it's just a short walk to access the Burke Gilman hiking and biking trail and public beach on Lake Washington.
Other things to note
Please respect furniture and belongings in the house and on the property. Guests are responsible for any broken, damaged, or missing items. Hill and stairs are expected to access the trail and beach park from the property.
The expectation is that guests will leave the house in the condition as they move in. That means all furniture in the location you found it in, all garbage and recycling thrown away, the fridge empty of your items, and so forth. Extra cleaning fee might be charged by our cleaning company if the hottub or grill is not cleaned after use.
The house is secured by Xfinity home security system, there are cameras at all door entries for security purpose only, there's absolutely no camera inside living area of the house. We respect guest's privacy when they stay at our house.
