The space
The Blue House is a renovated 700 sf single family home with a bathroom including a full-size tub, a bedroom with queen bed, a living room with smart tv, dining room, a cute kitchen with full-size fridge and all the tools and utensils to make a meal, and a washing machine.

kitchen: Keurig with coffee pods, toaster oven, microwave, 4-burner stovetop, standard toaster, full-size fridge, fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, and cooking utensils plus supplies of olive oil/salt/pepper/sugar to get your cooking started. The kitchen has a complete dish set, drinking glasses, and wine glasses for four.

bathroom: full bathtub with a huge Koehler rainwater showerhead, high-quality bath linens, and bright vanity lighting.

bedroom: queen bed with new mattress, nice linens, 4 pillows of varying firmness, two nightstands, two bedside lights, a closet with hangers and hanging shelves, and an a/c unit, ceiling fan, and baseboard electric heater so the temperature is perfect in all seasons.

living room: full-size couch, a cool chair, gas fireplace, ceiling fan, smart tv with Amazon Fire (watch Netflix, Amazon Prime, or other channels on our account or yours), and a handful of games like Yahtzee, Backgammon, dominos, etc.

dining room: mid-century modern table/chair set for two with woven wall décor.

laundry: a full-size washing machine, no dryer, clothes line with pins in the backyard.

yard: small fully fenced front yard that is very private with large cedar trees. Back yard is partially fenced with a tall privacy fence on a small patio and stone terraced yard area with a colorful clothesline.

parking: driveway with room for one car and on-street parking in front of the house.

neighborhood: artists live in the two houses across the street and are smattered throughout the neighborhood giving this area a fun vibe. A convenience store with beer/wine, ice cream, snacks, and basic supplies is at the end of the block.
