The accommodation runs like a serviced apartment: we includes all essentials like fresh linen/bedding/towels/kitchen equipment/tv etc., with absolutely none of our personal stuff cluttering up the space! Loads of storage including empty cupboards, drawers and shelf space in every room.
Guests have sole access to a private garden and car parking space and use of entire 1 bedroom apartment.
Interaction with Guests
Guests have sole use of the apartment but can contact us at any time via phone or email with questions or any queries about the flat, equipment in the apartment or information about surrounding areas. We live around the corner so are very close by and happy to help!
Clapham has great bars, restaurants and quirky little gift stores and clothing shops. It also has a cinema, and a lovely large green park (Clapham Common) with duck pond, cafe, playground and sporting facilities.
Brixton is a buzzing, urban area with the new popular trendy Brixton Markets which have great food, such as homemade burgers, vegan cupcakes etc. loads of bargains, cool bars and another cinema.
Our flat is 6mins walk from both!
There is also a great little pizzeria right next to the apartment building and a convenience store across the road.
Flat is centrally located between Clapham and Brixton. Excellent transport links to both, 6mins walk from Clapham North and Brixton tube stations, Clapham High St Rail Station and 20mins by tube to Central London (Oxford Circus).
Flat is spacious and accommodates two people comfortably, which is the maximum number of guests.
No smoking is allowed anywhere on the premise.
It is also a pet free apartment.
Guests may not have parties or extra people stay in the accommodation.
This is a quiet, comfy, secure spot away from the London busyness. I really appreciated Sachaa's prompt communication – I needed somewhere to stay at short notice, when travelling from NZ. She and Adam made me feel totally welcome and looked after. I also particularly loved the sunny courtyard out the back. Thank you for an excellent stay.
