Bella Villa is a truly comfortable space able to sleep 4 adults comfortably. All furnishings are of a high standard with comfort and style showing consistently.
PLEASE NOTE: Price is standard through out the year $150 per night.
Minimum booking of 7 nights is preferred however if your stay is less than 7 nights there is a cleaning fee to be paid of $100 but only if you stay less than 7 nights.
BEDROOMS - consists of 2 bedrooms - both with Queen size very comfortable beds with nice crisp linen and warm cosy blankets.
The main bedroom has a walk in robe whilst the second bedroom is smaller with ample hanging space in the wardrobe.
Please note: There is no room in either bedroom for a travel cot for a baby - so the baby must be happy to either sleep in the same bed as you OR they can sleep in the queen size bed in the second bedroom.
BATHROOM - there is one bathroom which has just been renovated to a very high standard - this includes a frameless glass shower, toilet and vanity.
LAUNDRY - the laundry appliances include fully automatic washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board are also found in the bathroom. This room has sliding glass doors to the back patio area of the property.
LIVING AREA - the large living area consists of a very comfortable L shaped lounge with large plasma TV and a hard disc recorder so you can sit back and choose from the libary of DVDs or record your favourite TV show.
The dining setting seats four.
KITCHEN - the dining area leads into the brand new kitchen with all new appliances including a dishwasher.
The villa has 2 reverse cycle air conditioners - one in the main living area and the other in the main bedroom.
OUTDOOR AREAS - the outdoor areas at Bella Villa are very secure and private - with a paved back area perfect for sitting in the sun and enjoying your morning coffee.
The front area has a large gate securing the property from the street - a Balinese gazebo is found over the timber decking area where there is a very comfortable outdoor seating area and a built in barbecue. This area if perfect for entertaining friends and family during your stay.
INTERNET - LIMITED WIRELESS INTERNET FOR UP TO 5 DEVICES is provided at no extra charge to guests. 10GB PER MONTH
Bella Villa is close to a variety of restaurants and cafes and is only 5 minutes drive to the shopping mecca Garden City. With Fremantle and the coastal beaches only 10 minutes to the west you will find yourself loving the location of Bella Villa.
Public transport is a 2 minute walk away on Canning Highway and gives you direct access to either Fremantle or the CBD.

Local shops and cafes are 10 minute walk away and large supermarket about 5 minute drive.
The massive Garden City Shopping Centre complex is approximately 5 minutes drive away - this complex contains cinemas, resturants, cafes, heaps of shops, medical centres, massage places, hairdressers, chemists etc etc
No shared areas - guest has access to totally private villa and front and rear gardens. Secure gated entry with secure car parking behind gate.
Interaction with Guests
Generally guests are met at check in by myself the host and they do a self check out on departure. There are few times when host is not able to meet on arrival and the guests are offered a simple self check in. Host is always available by SMS, phone or email
Quiet neighbourhood, typical of Perth's family suburb. Close to public transport links and supermarkets, plus shops and cafes. Beach is only 10 minutes drive and city centre 20 minutes drive.
Walking distance to public bus going many areas.
Gated secure car parking is available at our front door.
Taxi from airport is best way to get to front door -take around 40 minutes from international airport.

Heather stocked essential necessities you can think of such as stain remover, which we really need when kids played and got really dirty. A safety box we could use and wouldn't need to worry about our important belongings. When we pressed the wrong button by setting up the security number, we called Heather to ask and she kindly explained to us.
Bella Villa is very close to the swan river. We enjoyed watching the fire works by the river on the Australian day. The longest fireworks we had ever seen.
It has been a pleasant experience that we had in this house and thank you Heather for having us there. Our memory has been saved within this lovey house!
Heather keeps the place spotless and was really easy going. One of our travelling party really needed to connect to his work emails while in Perth and found the Internet connection at Bella Villa fast and reliable. Everything else was more than satisfactory. We absolutely would stay here again.
Oh my goodness. Heather was amazing. She’d bought all the basics for us and left in the fridge. The unit was spotless and like a home away from home. There was nothing else we could possibly have needed. The location was easy to access and in a lovely street Just loved that it was a real family street/area.
Heather was fantastic finding us acommodation at such short notice when we were new to the country. Both of Heather's properties that we stayed in were immaculately clean with everything provided for.
This Villa/house is attached to another Villa/house so a couple of days were noisy when we were there, the worst was being woken by a hammer drill at 7.15am when an electrical box was being fitted to the outside wall next door. A mention the night before would have been nice by the neighbors but this was no way Bella Villa owners fault.
The property itself was nice and clean with plenty of space for our 3 person family. Heather was friendly and was happy to purchase some essentials which we paid for upon our arrival. We also received clear reminders about putting the bins out and what time we needed to be out on departure day.
The property is conveniently positioned for access to the Canning highway which takes you City or Fremantle and we made good use of its location although we did find ourselves traveling North of the main river most days. Saying that, there are some lovely river walks from this area.
Overall my rating is based on the value for money in my opinion. Thanks.

Obviously this is not an every day occurrence, so should not affect future bookings.

The area is very quiet and feels safe. Near the bus stops. Buses run regularly from Perth or Fremantle. In and around the house is very clean and it has a beautiful courtyard. The house lacks nothing.
Married to Kim, we love living in Perth with our dog Riley, surrounded by our children and their partners.
We love meeting our guests and helping them have a great time in our lovely home city of Perth.
We are lucky enough to be able to travel overseas with Kim's work which enables us to experience many other short stay properties around the world and to meet other like minded folk.
