Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located historic home. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths mean plenty of room to spread out. Large kitchen/dining area for hanging out with friends and family. Great location for your adventure! Walk to downtown and everything America's Coolest Small Town has to offer! No pets, please. Smoking permitted in outside spaces, but please field dress your butts.

The space
This 1900 home used to be a boarding house for weary travelers, so there are common areas, but each bedroom also has its own designated bathroom. The kitchen has the original enamel countertops and the home is on its way to getting updated and restored, one room at a time. We hope you enjoy the space.
