Great accomodation to explore Melbourne from. Clean and tidy and spacious. Tastefully decorated. Very welcoming to come home to at end of day - and a cool reprieve from the Melbourne summer temperatures. Thanks for easy communication including restaurant (email hidden)oghtly recommend.
The apartment is in a good location, 30 min walk to CBD , close to the beautiful Botanic Gardens and only a 10 min walk to the trams that take you to Flinders St.
We felt the photos are not of a true reprensentation of the property, it is definitely not a luxurious apartment as advertised , in much need of a complete redecoration , very tired furniture and fittings and in need of a good clean. It is also very noisy especially during the night as it is close to a very busy main road and you could also hear the apartment above.
Jack was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to our queries.
We came back to finish our visit to Melbourne after staying here when we arrived - what more can we say?
Jack had all the arrangements very well set up, there were no problems at all: we were very happy in our "home away from home" and have already recommended it to friends for when they visit Melbourne.
Thank you again, Jack. Five stars.
This was an absolutely perfect home from home. The apartment is bright and airy in a cool art deco building within easy walking distance of Melbourne Park. It is in a perfect location to enjoy the sports (particularly tennis for us Federer fans), the city and the Royal Botanic Gardens, close to the number 8 tram into the city, and the 246 bus to St Kilda. Jack and Stacey were very easy to communicate with, and very helpful throughout. Would highly recommend this apartment for any length stay in Melbourne.
Great place to stay - close to all key attractions in Melbourne and apartment has all you need. Big bedroom and wifi and a big plus!
A perfect spot for a visit to Melbourne - convenient to walks, brunches, shopping, entertainment and transport, as well as being comfortable and well set up with the necessities of the transient life.
Jack was most responsive to any requests - all small - and we liked the place so much we are coming back for our last couple of weeks in Victoria!
Highly recommended, and thanks again, Jack.
Gorgeous place in a great location, my walk to work along the yarra every morning was an excellent way to start the day. Jack was very good to communicate with and I really enjoyed staying.

Hi I’m Jack,
My wife Stacey and I have some amazing places in Melbourne and the Yarra Valley that we'd love to share with you.
We have a stunning (circa 1854) converted stables in St Kilda, which is very close to Fitzroy and Acland Streets, the beach and many awesome cafes and restaurants and the Albert Park Formula One circuit. We have two stunning Art Deco apartments in the Botanic Garden’s precinct in Melbourne, which are close to the best of everything that Melbourne is famous for – shopping with Chapel St (South Yarra), Toorak Rd (South Yarra) & Bridge Rd (Richmond) all within walking distance to the best sports grounds in Australia including the MCG, Australian Open Tennis Arena, Melbourne Formula 1 Grand Prix and CBD all within 2 klms. South Yarra and the CBD have many of the best bars and restaurants and in typical Melbourne style you’ll have to scour the backstreets and laneways to find them.
Healesville Country House is our beautiful 5 bedroom home in the Yarra Valley, it is a former guesthouse circa 1900 that we've lovingly restored and created a family home from. We are two minutes from the main street and 5-10 minutes from some of the world's best wineries. It is the perfect place for unwinding with plenty of outdoor spaces including a pool and verandahs boasting some of the best views around.
Check out our profile for additional information and pictures. We're really happy to recommend our favourite restaurants, cafes and places to see.
