Ski-in/ski-out condo from the Frostwood Gondola that sits at the Waldorf Hotel in Canyons Village.

The condo sits steps from the association's hot tub and pool with convenient parking on the side of the unit with views of the mountain and golf course from the front door.

The unit has been beautifully remodeled and redesigned in 2021 to provide a luxe and warm Park City mountain retreat.

The space
A custom carpenter-built locker and bench sits in the entryway for convenient storage of skis, snowboards, helmets, poles, and jackets. Easily gear up before heading out to the Frostwood Gondola, a short walk from the unit.

Warm green paint adorns the walls with custom light fixtures throughout and a designed electric fireplace to provide a cozy setting in the living room.

The kitchen is topped with a butcher block counter and provides convenient appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, stove, and refrigerator.

A bright-sunny bedroom includes a queen-size bed with a new (2021) mattress. Closets and storage for your ski and apres outfits, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer complete this corner space.

In the bathroom sits a brand new (2021) tub and shower with a sectioned-off vanity for privacy.

The unit sits in front of a pond that freezes over in the winter and makes for a beautiful home for ducks and birds in the summer.

Just a short walk to the pool and hot tub which is visible from the living room windows makes for a great reward after a day of skiing/boarding or biking.

Owners live just in town and are available to help answer any questions and provide recommendations for all of our favorite spots.
