The place was great. Great location (2 steps away from the subway entry) and the owner was great. We collaborated about how to manage hand overs and everything very accommodatingly. He even helped out with questions of how to help get around better and with other requests as needed. I would stay here again very easily and recommend it highly to anyone heading into T.O. anytime soon.
The Condo is very well located and well equiped. The gym is also Ok. The building is new and all services work perfectly. In general I could find all we need inside the building and in the condo for making our stay comfortable.
Sam is an excellent host and every time he was willing to help and assist us in our requirements. Excellent !!!.
The next time in Toronto I will select the same Condo for my stay.
i was very happy yet again with the apartment. It was clean, well furnished and in a great part of the city. No complaints
Great place to stay; apartment was just as described. I was in town for a film festival, and the condo was directly across the street from the subway so it was easy for me to get around.
I stayed in this condo for five nights with my wife and baby. Overall the stay was satisfactory.
The location is excellent.
The apartment is small but comfortable enough.,
There is good air-conditioning.
It's good value compared to a hotel - similar or lower price, much more space.
Very good communication by Urbano, who were pleasant and responsive.
Generally clean and well-maintained.
Decent amount of hanging space, with hangers provided.
Washing machine and dryer very handy.
Had everything we needed.
It's comfortable but I would not call it luxurious.
Very little shelf space.
Nowhere to sit to eat apart from two stools at kitchen island.
Insufficiently equipped to really cook anything, but ok to consume food from good market across the road or local take-out.
Limited cutlery and crockery (eg 3 plates, 4 knives, or similar - that is my recollection, although exact figures might differ).
Blinds slightly inadequate to keep out morning sunlight.
The bed base protrudes in such a way that knocking one's shins is a regular and annoying occurrence.
Overall I was satisfied. The apartment did what we needed it to, which was provide a decent place to stay at a reasonable price in an excellent location.
Did I actively enjoy staying in the apartment? Not particularly.
Would I consider staying again? Probably.
Would I recommend checking it out? Definitely: but with appropriate expectations that you'll be in a nice enough, smallish condo, not a luxury pad.
For what you pay, and the location, I felt like it was pretty good value and I do not feel ripped off. Urbano handled the booking professionally and pleasantly.
