I am renting this private bedroom and bathroom with private entrance in a recently renovated and one of a kind wooden house in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
The house is located 2 blocks away from the Lorimer Stop on the L train, 3 blocks away from the G train (Metropolitan stop) and 1 stop away from Bedford Avenue. Residencial American-Italian neighborhood, close to restaurants, bars, great coffee shops, stores...
The house was renovated and designed by my husband architect.
Wifi is available in your bedroom, there is also AC, a fridge, microwave, French press and a kettle. You won't be able to really cook but you can reheat food (there isn't a full kitchen).
Clean bed linens and towels are provided for your comfort.
We (my husband and I) live in the building. The neighborhood is very pleasant and super safe at night!
We are conscious about environment (we used recycled wood to build the house for example, we only use natural detergent to clean the house) so we appreciate eco-friendly guests!
Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions!
Looking forward to hearing from you!
The guests have access to a private bedroom, bathroom and entrance, free wifi. You don't have to share any areas with us, it's entirely independent.
Interaction with Guests
I usually knock at the door to say hi to the guests (usually not during check in and check out as I'm usually not home during the day). I'm always available by text and email at any time. You can also ring our bell if you have any questions (bottom bell).
It's a very quiet and pleasant Italian-American neighborhood that has a village feeling to it. There are plenty of bars, shops and nice restaurants around here.
The L train is very close to the house, only 2 blocks away from the Lorimer st stop or Graham ave. stop. It's 2 stops away from Manhattan.
Please keep the noise low at night and early in the morning as our bedroom is very close to the guestroom.
Also, please turn off the AC/heating unit when you leave the room for the day. Sorry, no smoking allowed...
Thank you! Fanny
