The space
Get ready to stay in a National treasure!
This is the 2nd oldest train depot in the US. What incredible history just imagining what has taken place here over all these years. Although it has been fully renovated, we have preserved so much of its original charm. Check out the hand cut wood beams and brick chimney in the kitchen. The open concept kitchen and family room lets the whole family or group of friends spread out after a long day exploring the area. Watch your favorite shows or movies on the 55" TV in the living room. Downstairs has an oversized bedroom with a king size bed (top of the line Nectar mattress) and a walk-in closet with a desk. The life like electric fireplace will be a great treat in the colder months, but can be used without the heat mode for some nice ambiance. Sonos speaker located on the bookshelf to play your favorite music.
Walk upstairs and find a bedroom with a queen size bed (top of the line Nectar mattress) and a full bathroom with a tub.
The bathroom mirror has a built in vanity lighting. The common area upstairs has two pull out couches with memory foam mattresses and cable tv. The loading dock is covered and has plenty of room to hang out with friends and family. Super quick walk to everything like the canal and downtown. Plenty of award winning restaurants, shops and bars.

My work: My wife and I are full time network marketers and real estate investors. We currently have three properties on Airbnb.
I grew up in Montgomery County Maryland, moved to Frederick in 1999 for about 6 years and fell in love with the small town feel. I lived Southern California for 11 yrs and then moved to Hawaii, but always come back to visit Frederick. My home away from home. Have always loved the historic buildings in Frederick and I love restoring them back to their original beauty for others to enjoy. I was in construction for about 15 yrs and loved the work, but didn't like the long hours. I walked away from construction and have been a full-time network marketer and real estate investor since the early 2000s. I got married in 2017 to an amazing woman and we decided to move to the Dallas area. My wife and I enjoy traveling around the world, exploring new places and learning about different cultures . Life is meant to be lived and have fun with the people you love! My wife and I have three properties on Airbnb. One is an 1840 log cabin downtown and another one is the 2nd oldest train depot in the US and another one is an 1880 townhouse. All of them fully renovated. I hope you enjoy our unique properties as much as we do.
