Interaction with Guests
My boyfriend and I have our bedroom up in the attic. In the case of whole house rentals for just 2 nights we stay here but keep out of your way unless needed. For stays of 3 nights and longer we can either be here or can simply meet guests, explain how the house works and then leave though we are just 5 minutes away.
Sutton is a great little village with excellent cafes, restaurants and food stores all of which are just a 2 minute walk from the house.
Sutton makes a great base for visiting the Eastern Townships. Nearby there is access to great hiking and cycling, vineyards, kayaking, golf and other pretty villages.
In the winter there is excellent skiing at Mont Sutton plus snowshoeing and cross country skiing.
The house is located a few minutes from rue Principale and the Limocar bus service which runs between Sutton and Montreal. There is no public transport in the village so you will need either a car or a bicycle. There is private car parking for up to 5 vehicles and a safe locked storage area for bicycles or ski equipment.

About the Host, Lynda
I am English but came to Sutton 12 years ago for a ski trip and never left. I have had the great fortune to travel the world for both work and pleasure and you will see many of my treasures here in my Sutton home which is also Vert Le Mont B&B. Over the 10 years that I have run the B&B many of my guests have become my friends - I hope you will too.
I just love Sutton and the Eastern Townships and I look forward to sharing my favourite restaurants, hiking trails and insider tips with you.
I travel regularly with my boyfriend Jay - we like to backpack and just plan our trip as we go. We usually stay in hostels and Jay has done a lot of couch surfing. We like to think that we are considerate guests as we know what it is like to host people! Neither of us smoke, Jay is good at cleaning and I can cook!
