Beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath condo, 1st floor, Orange Beach Al. condo does face the beach. You walk out the door and a short walk over the boardwalk to the beach. Plenty restaurants within walking distance. Parking in covered shade. Indoor and out door swimming pool with hot tub. Bar B Q grills with sitting areas. Fishing on the beach. towels, conveniently located on the main highway. everything you need to cook and eat meals are furnished. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided. Great vacation.

The space
Beautiful 3 bed 3 bath on the beach, close to restaurants, indoor and outdoor pool, jacuzzi. barbecue grills, sleeper sofa. "New luxury mattress in Master bedroom, as is - medium firm. If you prefer a softer top, there is a 1.5" memory foam topper provided in closet to make it comfortably soft with perfect support underneath" We provide a beach tent, umbrella, 2 chair umbrellas, 8 beach chairs, baby mattress, K cup and drip coffee maker. Beach chairs and umbrella provided. They are expensive to rent on the beach, so we provide them for our guests.

Other things to note
This 3 bed 3 bath condo on the beach sits right in the middle of everything you would need. there is a 40.00 parking pass per vehicle which must be purchased at time of reservation.
