Although we could able to provide a Door man service as minimum payable 15€'for bring all your luggages up to the 6 th floor just right at the flat's door steps , (upon your request between 8h30-20h30), we strongly recommend to bring many luggages that it would not advisible for more than 100years old in this typically Parisian building with unlikely its old stairs.

***Attention PLEASE READ!***
As it's mentioned clearly through out the description ,the flat is a SMALL size ,only 12sqM2 in total including a mezzanine, indeed it calls a mini-studette room in the super central location. if you are expecting like specious four stars hotel room ,or your priority is spaciousness rather than the conveniently prime location & safe ,a good quality room like this small flat,thén the studette would definetely not be suitable for you & you would need to increase a better budget to fit into the one have got it all.
Like many other centuries old parisian buildings ,the flat found to be on the 6th floor Without Lift! So if you are reluctant to flight up the stairs then strongly recommendable that you should better to look for other place.

We have given an adequated information here as descriptive as it possibly I can & it should be reflecting the fact of value what's to be considered the good & bad which should help you to make a right decision to avoid regret or any kind of issue after booking.

***PLEASE READ!! House Manuel on the listing & please READ & PRINT it & bring it with you ! (it would be only available to read once you have already taken your Booking) It's really important to read them in details where you can find all practical information what you need all during your stay in the apartment; access code to the building,a flat, the wifi connection password...etc
So once again it is important for you neccesserily to have the copy of HOUSE MANUAL in hand for serve you at all time when you need!

**PLEASE be CAUCIOUS!!!
This is Strictly NÔ SMOKING flat !!!
an alarm system will detect a smoking &
Thus we have to inevitably insiste a Smoking is seriously FORBIDDEN inside the room!!!

THANKS FOR YOUR ATTENTION
&THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING!

The Neighborhood

Please Check out my Guide book for intéresting informatic addresses in the district Quartier Latin & Saint Germain des près & Odeon within 10minutes around the flat.

Getting around

Please refer to the Welcome message , you Will get all practical information including some local supermarket ,a good bakery , cafes & restaurants...where & how to go from the flat.

Other Things to Note

The bathroom is smart arrangement but unlikely American standard rather in a compact style as quite common here in Paris or Tokyo to share them all in one space with a shower ,a sink & toilet.
The toilet has an electric drainage system so it has to use with some extra cares unlikely a conventional toilet.
What it's required to do is only to throw everything away into a provided dust bin not inside the toilet ( obviously no tampon,no krinex tissues,no cigarettes,no other rubbishes ,even toilet papers) as long as it used correctly in respective order It would be no problem & take it over to the next guests in a same condition. I am asking some extra care as that way a piece of mind for our guests at the end & myself as owner to avoid & prevent any issue arise & following costly (email hidden)c.
there is an alternative toilet available to use just outside the flat in the courridor in case of your preference.

  • The location of this place was the best thing about it - right in the heart of the Latin Quarter, across the street from the Sorbonne and a quick walk to Notre Dame. The Latin Quarter alone has so many streets worth walking down with fun cafés and shops, you won't regret staying here.

This was a lovely little apartment, but I must stress 'little'. My husband and I knew it was going to be small so this wasn't a problem for us, but it is an extremely small living space so be prepared. Perfect for those of you who travel light, as there is no lift to the apartment and you have to carry everything up 6 flights of old stairs to get there!

We loved the charm of the apartment, it was cozy and felt very Parisienne. Marie was very easy to get in touch with via email when we needed something, and the instructions that were left for us were very clear. All in all we had a wonderful time, thanks Marie!

  • My husband and I stayed here for one week and were completely satisfied. As others have mentioned the place is small, but our priority was having a comfortable, cute, and convenient place to stay that would allow us to prepare our own food from time to time after a long day of sightseeing, so the size wasn't an issue. (We're also from NYC, so it was somewhat routine.)

The mini-terrace was a delightful touch (particularly in the mornings and at sunset), which overlooks the Pantheon, Sorbonne, and even the Eiffel Tower in the distance.

Do note that the bathroom is actually a wet room, but again, we were able to work around this without too much inconvenience.

Otherwise, the neighborhood was well connected, eclectic and full of great food, bookstores (!!), convenient to many parks (essential for our running habit)--all in all, exactly what we were looking for!

Marie was very helpful. We had a problem with the wi-fi and TV, but she resolved the wi-fi right away and we didn't even actually have time to watch TV, and so were happy once we had access to the internet.

All in all, a great stay!

  • A very pleasant and beautiful flat in the center of the city. The location is optimal for the most popular places of interest and nearest metro stations.
The apartment was very clean and nice, we had a wonderful time during our stay in Paris for all 10 days in may 2014. Thanks to the owner of the flat, we could easily solve every question or problem, Marie was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated very much that she sent us info about surrounding cafes and interesting places, and the house manual was very precise and helpful.

  • I had a very good stay in this cute, little flat. Everything worked when I first arrived (except the tv, but I wasn't there long enough to watch it anyway). The flat was comfortable and for me the small size was not an issue. The only surprise was the fact that the bathroom is actually a "wet room", which was not included in the description or obvious from the photos. The toilet and the sink are actually in the shower--it's all one 3 by 3 foot room, so after one takes a shower the rest of the bathroom is wet until it air dries. Apparently this is common in Europe, but this was my 10th trip and I'd never seen such a set-up before, so it should be included in the description. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience, the location is fantastic, and I would stay here again.

  • Marie's place was perfect for our stay. Not only was it in a safe area but the food around the loft was great. We did have an issue with the key at first but Marie fixed the issue so fast. The loft was small and stairs were tough but it was good for us since we ate so many crepes. Also, I have to say the bed was soooo comfortable! I don't know if it was because we were so tired or what but as soon as we would lay down on the bed, we fell asleep so quickly. Over all it was a great trip and would love to stay there again!

was man dafür braucht ist vorhanden.

  • Marie's apartment is perfectly located, away from tourist central but still walkable to everything. You will have to walk up 6 flights of very small stairs with all your bags, so keep that in mind. The apartment is very small (as advertised), but is very clean and well kept. The bathroom setup was the only negative thing about the apartment. The toilet and sink are literally in the shower, and the toilet is electric so no paper of any kind can be flushed...everything must be put into a can next to the toilet, which is kind of gross!
Overall though, the location and view of the Eiffel Tower from the little balcony made up for all negatives. Marie is very thorough and professional.

  • Was a perfect located cosy flat, close to Metro station right in front of Sorbonne University, you can find perfect restaurants around the house, a bit small but enough for two (website hidden) is well equipped, clean, and Marie explains everything very well. I definitely suggest it to everyone, I had encountered a tiny problem while making my check-in but Marie solved the problem so rapidly,
Thank you for everything Marie :)

  • We really enjoyed staying in Marie's loft! It is very cozy and has everything you would need to be comfortable during your stay. The location is perfect, right in the latin quarter within walking distance to many restaurants, stores and the metro. I will definitely stay there again next time I am back in Paris!

  • Location, location — We were in love with this teeny tiny flat in the heart of the Latin Quarter. A few blocks from Notre Dame, we spent all of our time walking and exploring Paris by foot and by train. We truly had a great experience. The flat was clean. By most american standards the flat is very tiny, including the small ladder that leads to the sleeping loft, however, it was perfect for our needs while we were in Paris. We'd stay here again.

Extremely easy access to Metro, restaurants, cafés, and a nice little supermarket. Also, while you stay, make sure you check out the Cluny Museum. It's a short walk from the flat and was one of our favorite visits of the entire trip—full of incredible Medieval relics.

Marie communicated quickly and helped us with all of our questions and concerns throughout our stay.
