[NEW] 2 bedroom/2 bathroom loft-style condo located on the 4th floor of Building 50 at the Grand Traverse Commons.

The space
The Hygge Loft at Grand Traverse Commons is the perfect place to relax, restore and rejuvenate while enjoying all that Northern Michigan has to offer. This 2-bed, 2-bath retreat has abundant natural light with lovely views from its 4th floor cathedral windows. Plenty of room for a family or friends to gather, get cozy and sip coffee in the morning. The place also boasts a new, large kitchen for preparing meals. The loft is a perfect jumping off point for local wine tours, to explore the Mercado at Grand Traverse Commons (located 3 floors below); and is only 1 mile from Downtown Traverse City and 1 mile to the Grand Traverse Bay beaches. You can also use our collection of games or enjoy the cozy, "secret" reading nook situated in the upstairs loft. Whether you're a history buff looking to explore the Old State Hospital grounds or seeking to recharge with a getaway to Traverse City, our loft offers it all.

The Hygge Loft is located in the historic Building 50, an iconic part of the Villages at Grand Traverse Commons. On the grounds of the Commons you'll find numerous boutiques, restaurants, coffee shops, a brewery, yoga studio, and more!

Only a mile to West Bay and downtown TC, it's ideally located for any type of traveler looking to experience Up North and stay in a historic and upscale location.

Please note: While we want guests to enjoy themselves, it's of the utmost importance that guests staying here respect the neighbors on the third/fourth floor who share walls with us by keeping noise levels down, observing quiet hours, and maintaining a sense of neighborly respect while moving through the hallways and other areas of the Commons.
